Five hundred years later, Wukong had enough of being deceived. Feeling the darkness of the Heavenly Court, he broke free from the shackles of the Five Fingers Mountain and wreaked havoc in the Heavenly Court. He ate the Peaches of Immortality, stole the Golden Elixir, drank the Immortal Wine, and turned the Heavenly Court upside down. The Heavenly Court had no choice but to grant Zhu Bajie the title of Marshal of the Canopy and Monk Sha the title of General of the Curtain Rollers, on the condition that they kill Sun Wukong. He sealed his cultivation and threw the Ruyi Jingu Staff back to the East China Sea to become the Godly Sea Steadying Needle.
