The first public performance of Genesis 4, a reshuffle of Class A's name list?
Before the first public performance of Genesis 4, the members of Class A had undergone a major reshuffle. It was said that some members of Class A were envied by the members of other classes because of their outstanding performance, so they joined forces to ostracize and suppress the members of Class A. After this reshuffle, the members of Class A faced an even more severe challenge. They needed to work harder to show off so that they wouldn't be ostracized by the other class members. At the same time, they also needed to be more united and cooperative in order to achieve better results in the competition. Therefore, before the first public performance of Genesis 4, the members of Class A experienced a tough training and competition to cope with the upcoming challenge.

Public Institution Performance Grant
In 2022, the performance salary standard of public institutions was issued by the National Civil Service Bureau. Its performance salary standard table had the following characteristics: - New local subsidies and housing subsidies were added. Local subsidies were given according to the difference in consumption levels in different regions, and housing subsidies were given to employees who needed to move according to regulations. - Different positions and performance levels were differentiated, and different performance pay standards were formulated for different positions and different performance levels to reward employees more accurately. - The performance pay could be increased by up to 50%, which meant that the performance pay could be higher than the basic salary by a certain percentage. In 2022, the highest percentage would be 50%. It should be noted that there may be differences in the performance pay standards of different institutions. The specific implementation standards should be based on the provisions of their respective units, and the formulation of performance pay standards also needed to comply with relevant laws and regulations. As one of the key links of the performance pay system, performance evaluation needed to formulate corresponding performance indicators and assessment standards according to the responsibilities and tasks of different positions, and carry out regular and scientific evaluations. Usually, work attitude, work quality, work efficiency, and so on were evaluated. According to the evaluation results, employees were divided into different performance levels and rewarded according to the established standards. Read more exciting novels for free
The difference between the highest performance and the lowest performance of public institutions
There was no clear and unified standard for the difference between the highest performance and the lowest performance of public institutions. From different perspectives, performance pay was divided into basic performance pay and reward performance pay. The basic performance pay was relatively fixed and paid in a certain proportion. For example, in some cases, the basic performance pay accounted for 70% of the total performance pay. The reward performance pay accounted for 30% of the total performance pay, which was linked to the annual assessment results of the employees. Only those who passed the assessment could be paid at one time. This part would vary due to the different assessment results. For example, there might be a big difference in the reward performance pay between excellent employees and qualified employees. At the same time, the year-end reward performance pay (similar to the year-end bonus) of public institutions, different institutions, different positions, different individual performance, different local economic conditions and other factors will affect the amount. The most may be tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands, and the least may only be a few thousand yuan. This will also cause a huge difference in the amount of the highest performance and the lowest performance. Moreover, in different types of institutions such as management, professional and technical institutions, or balance institutions, there were also differences in the payment of performance pay. Some of the situations in management institutions were full deduction and full compensation, while professional and technical institutions were more concerned about individual performance to decide whether to pay in full. This would also affect the final amount of performance. Read more exciting novels for free
