There were different systems in the hierarchy of Taoist immortals. One division divided immortals into nine levels. There was also a kind of Taoist divine book, such as the Painting of True Spirit Position Karma, which divided the immortals into seven levels. Each level had a middle, left, and right position, including historical figures, Taoist leaders, mythological figures, and so on.
