Queen Wakandaramanda fought back and exposed its true colors. When the American military discovered traces of vibranium in the ocean, they were killed by people of the mysterious sea race. Queen Lamanda urged her daughter Surui to speed up the development of artificial heart-shaped grass to become a new panther to protect Wakanda.

At night, when Queen Lamanda and Su Rui were reminiscing about the Black Panther by the beach, Naimor, who was from a marine race and had wings on his legs, suddenly appeared. He sought an alliance with Wakanda, believing that the Black Panther's exposure of the vibranium resources was a threat. He asked Wakanda to help solve the problem and find the person who made the vibranium detector. He also threatened the mother and daughter not to reveal his existence.

Princess Wakanda, Su Rui, sought out the 19-year-old girl Lili Williams ("Iron Heart"), the maker of the Vibrogold Detection Machine. On the way back to Wakanda, she was attacked by the Naimor tribe. Naimor wanted to kill Lili. After Su Rui pleaded, the two of them were kidnapped to the underwater world of Talokan. The Talokan people ate a plant that grew wings on their hind legs, allowing them to live on land and under the sea. Namor and Su Rui had a heart-to-heart talk and gave her a bracelet, hoping that the two countries would form an alliance to attack other countries. Su Rui refused, and Namor threatened to destroy Wakanda if they did not cooperate.

When Su Rui returned to his residence and saw Lili, Nadia dived into the underwater world to save them. Seeing that his clansmen were killed, Nemor led the Talokan people to fight back. Queen Lamanda died in this war, and Su Rui became the new Queen of Wakanda. In his grief and indignation, Su Rui used the bracelet given by Nemor and the black panther's DNA to develop an artificial heart-shaped grass. After consuming it, it became a new black panther and gained great strength. He also created a machine that targeted Nemor's weakness.

A few days later, the two sides fought, causing countless casualties. In the movie,"Iron Heart" played a very important role. She was a prodigy from MIT. The equipment she created to find vibrogold was taken away by her mentor, who found a large amount of vibrogold and exploded it. This destroyed the underwater kingdom of the Namo and other people. The Namo wanted to capture Iron Heart, but after Iron Heart was rescued by Okoye and Nadia, it led to the Namo invasion of Wakanda. Namo was set to be a half-mutant born in 1500. His father was a human explorer and his mother was a princess. Due to the suppression of Spanish religion, his race had moved from land to the bottom of the sea. When Namo invaded Wakanda, it summoned a tsunami and flood, causing thousands of deaths. The Queen of Lamanda also died in the battle. The United States broke off relations with Wakanda and declared war.

Su Rui was originally the core character of the movie. After Black Panther died, she was intended to inherit the throne but she was unwilling. Queen Lamanda took over the power. After the queen died, Su Rui was in great pain. She created artificial heart-shaped herbs and mass-produced Vibrant Gold Armor to distribute to others. When Su Rui used the heart-shaped herb, he entered the underworld to look for his brother. However, he accidentally met the golden leopard, Ke Er Ge Mang. He taught Su Rui to become a black panther. In the final battle, Su Rui, Na Jiya, and Tie Xin fought against Na Mo, while Mbaku and Ukeye fought against Atuma. In the end, Na Mo was defeated by Su Rui and retreated with the army. Su Rui did not inherit the Black Panther title but passed it to Mbaku, and returned to the laboratory himself.

In the end-credits, after Su Rui, the younger sister who inherited Black Panther's legacy, burned her white mourning clothes, Nadia introduced her son to Techala. There was also news that Dr. Destruction was the mastermind behind the war between Namo and Wakanda, and the true identity of the mentor of Iron Heart Equipment's vibrogold mining was Lucia van Baldas.
