There were two people called Qin Mu.

Qin Mu (August 19, 1919-October 14, 1992), formerly known as Lin Juefu, was born in China Hong Kong, from Chenghai, Guangdong. He was a China writer and writer. He had the status of "Southern Qin and Northern Yang" in the China prose world. He had held many positions, such as the editorial director of Zhonghua Bookstore in Guangzhou. In 1938, he began to publish his works in Guangzhou newspapers and magazines. In 1941, he joined the National Anti-enemy Association of the Chinese Literature and Art Circles. In 1947, he published his first essay collection, Qin Mu's Essays. In 1963, he joined the Party of China. In 1977, he was seconded to the Beijing National Publishing Bureau to participate in the revision of the new edition of the Complete Works of Lu Xun and was one of the people in charge of the final draft. His literary activities involved the fields of prose, novels, poems, children's literature, and literary theory. He closely combined his personal literary creation with the development of Chinese society. His representative works included "Land" and "Collection of Long River Waves". He also created the prose style of "Essays-Essay". His prose was close to the purport and had strong philosophical nature. It praised the new China and the new life and lashed out at the ugly phenomenon.

The other Qin Mu was the main character of the eastern fantasy novel,'The Legend of the Shepherding God', written by Otaku Pig. He had an illustrious background and was the 107th grandson of Founding Emperor. He had multiple identities and titles such as the cult master of Sky Demon Cult, human emperor, Overlord Body Qin, and so on. He was revered as 'Eternal Undying Great Master'. He looked handsome and dignified, but his personality was complicated. He looked simple and honest, but he was actually shrewd and cunning. When he was young, he was adopted by Granny Si and was later tricked by Village Chief into becoming an overlord body to start his adventures. He experienced many things as he grew up, such as leaving Great Ruins to become the cult master of Heavenly Devil Cult. He even appeared in the anime "Legend of the Shepherd God" and the manga of the same name.
