Chen Yuxi was born on September 11, 2005 in Shanghai, China. She is a Chinese female diver and a member of the Chinese National Diving Team. She switched from gymnastics to diving when she was six. In 2018, she was selected to the Shanghai diving team by virtue of her double champion results in the women's single/mixed men's 10m platform diving championship in the National Diving Championship. China diving team selection

China diving team training
