Ducheng City was an important urban reconstruction project in Yanta District of Xi'an City.

In October 2022, Shaanxi Construction Real Estate acquired three houses in Ducheng Village with a total of 264 mu of residential land, opening the curtain for the development of Ducheng Village. These 19 plots of land were all located in Ducheng Street, Yanta District, specifically on both sides of Ziwu Avenue, south of Yanhuan Road, west of the south extension line of Electronic Main Street, and on both sides of Western Avenue. The total area was 1155.15 mu, including 11 plots of 891.15 mu of residential land, 3 plots of 72.15 mu of commercial land, and 4 plots of 184.95 mu of primary and secondary school land. One 6.9 mu power supply land. These plots of land were in a good location. They were close to the South Third Ring Road, Ziwu Avenue on the west, and Chang 'an University Town on the south. There were green spaces such as Yannan Park, Qingliang Mountain Park, and Chang' an Park around them. There were also commercial buildings such as Yijia Gathering that were about to open. The transportation was also very convenient. Moreover, the project itself was planned to have commercial land and primary and secondary school land. The supporting facilities were excellent.

In addition, on May 8th, Yanta District launched another 127.314 mu of commercial and residential land, with the plot number YT2 - 25 - 140 - 1, of which 81,893.37 square meters of residential land (equivalent to 122.84 mu) was transferred, and 2,982.34 square meters of land (equivalent to 4.474 mu) was transferred to the business. The bidder must hand over the public facilities such as community supporting houses, pension service houses, kindergarten, community health service station, etc. to the relevant departments of Yanta District Government for free after completion. The plot of land was located in the area under the jurisdiction of Ducheng Street in Yanta District. A kindergarten (15 classes) was planned in the project. It was supported by the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Primary School Xifeng Branch, Yanta District No. 2 Middle School, and the planned Yanta District No. 11 Primary School, Yannan Park, etc. The online listing period was from 9:00 on May 28, 2024 to 16:00 on June 11, 2024.
