The bone marrow of the femurs was taken for preparation. The polychromatic red blood cells with micro-nuclei in each group were counted and the micro-nucleus rate was calculated. Through these experiments, one could draw conclusions about the toxicity of the bitter water rose. However, based on the current information, it was impossible to accurately give a quantitative value of the toxicity of the bitter water rose.
