Arcadia— Heroes Of Relics

Arcadia— Heroes Of Relics

Updates every 10:00PM UTC+7 Centuries ago, a mysterious meteor descended upon the Earth. Instead of wiping all life forms on the planet, it terraformed the Earth, transforming both living and non-living things alike. This event was called the Great Meteor Fall. Monsters and Beasts appeared and proliferated on the land, causing a shift to the ordinary lifestyle people once knew. Humans also underwent changes thanks to the meteor. Some were granted supernatural powers, and some were granted strength. With these changes, mankind concluded that life will never be the same. The rise of adventurers and guilds was only a few things brought about by the change. Those who wielded great power became prominent figures. But this was just the beginning. The ground zero of the meteor, where it descended, became the territory of a powerful entity known as the Dark One. No one knew where he came from, but rumors said he was inside the meteor when it landed. The energy levels in ground zero were so potent that an average human wouldn't be able to survive it. As such, only high-ranking adventurers could enter it with great difficulty and survive. However, no one came close to the fortress of the dark One, built on top of the meteor itself. As years passed, the monsters and beasts became more powerful, and the adventurers struggled to keep up. But there was no real threat. The Dark One didn't seem to care for Earth's inhabitants, or maybe he was in deep slumber, awaiting his awakening before he invaded Earth. It was foretold, however, that the Dark One was close to awakening, and the powerful monsters and beasts were a clear sign of it. Backed into a corner, the countries were forced to rely on forbidden technology to combat the upcoming invasion. Messing with the space-time continuum, mankind was able to summon influential and powerful people from the past. They became known as Heroes of Relics. These heroes partied up and became Earth's last line of defense against the oncoming invasion. Albrecht Stein was part of the Heroes of Relics. However, he was kicked out of the party since they no longer needed a porter. His only particular skill was spatial storage space, and he was just an additional headcount, so they kicked him out. Just like the other Heroes, he was transported to the future with the sole purpose of defeating the Dark One. But now that his purpose was gone, he decided to live a quiet life in the countryside. That is until the final countdown was issued, and the world's destruction drew near.

Those zombies again

Those zombies again

One day Sam wakes up in a world full of zombies and tries to survive. PS First of all i would not recommend this novel if you haven't read like hundred of novels already. Its pretty weird and depressing novel. This story is told almost completely from MC point of view. Third person. MC is a pretty ugly random guy with different psychological problems. He is antisocial and limited person. Lore - Since MC is limited and barely interested in people or just surroundings, you will get pretty limited descriptions on stuff, it was meant to be like that. Characters - Obviously for the same reason, you will not see much characters, usually you wont get their description or even names. Fights - I personally hate those fights in novels which take like few chapters to describe some shitty encounters. For example MC is making his "move" and then you get half chapter of description of his thoughts and the ways his face is looking, and the way like his opponent surprised and the way crowd is reacting and so on. I really hate all that shit so fights in this novel will be described not that often, only if an equal or a new opponent, and only in a strict and straightforward way, no bullshit. Now this novel is not exactly fantasy, its more like grim realistic-fantasy. But i will have to explain what i mean. Lets take rape in most novels as an example. Usually MC will be justified to rape a girl one way or another. Common example is aphrodisiac. Or the girl were trying to kill him so he had to "punish" her. Or she just happened to jump on his thing and then after rape she become his girlfriend etc, Those are examples of "fan service" in novel. So MC would be justified and readers woun't feel too uncomfortable to read something like that. So there is no "fan service" in this novel, like at all. You will have to read some stuff that will make you feel uncomfortable and you woun't like it. Common sense also means that there is barely gonna be any "random" events which MC is gonna be part of. No treasures and superpowers he founds because he is "special". He will not meet antagonists on his way. This novels world will not spin around MC in any way. He will usually sit in his deep cave and no one around will give a damn about him or even know of his existence. So this novel is not for you to have fun and enjoy reading. Not to make you feel comfortable, satisfied or happy. Its probably the opposite. This novel is kinda trashy and requires editing but its not the worst trash you ever read.

Changzhou - There was a book, Changzhou Cultural Relics and Historical Places, co-edited by Bao Liben, Lu Kaiyu, and Xu Boyuan. It was published by the local chronicles publishing house in November 2007, but the specific content of the cultural relics and historical sites described in the book was not obtained. 2. ** Summer Region (Description by listing the ruins)** - ** Wangping Ruins **: It is located on a platform 7.5 kilometers north of Xichuan City, covering an area of 1,000 acres. Discovered in 1975, it was listed as a provincial cultural relic protection unit by the provincial people's government in 1982. It was a site of the late Neoliths around 2000 B.C., with typical "Anfura" pottery jars unearthed, as well as Xindian culture-related relics, mainly around 1000 B.C., distributed in different areas of the site. - ** Luojiagayuan Ruins **: Located about 6 kilometers east of the city, the second platform on the north bank of the Daxia River, covering an area of nearly 100 acres. It was discovered in 1975 and announced as a cultural relic protection unit by the Revolutionary Committee of Linxia County on June 15,1976. It is a site where "Majiayao culture","Banshan type","Machang type","Qijia culture" and "Xindian culture" coexist. There are a large number of ash layers, ash pits, tombs, pottery, stone tools, etc. - ** Forest Protection Mountain Ruins **: Located 4 kilometers south of the city, the third platform on the east bank of the Daxia River. It covers an area of 4000 square meters. There are exposed ash layers, pottery pieces, and tombs. It belongs to the "Half-Mountain Type" and "Qi Family Culture". - ** Fengjiatai Ruins **: It is located 4 kilometers southeast of the city, the second platform on the east bank of the Daxia River. It is a site where the "Xindian culture" and "Machang type" coexisted. Many tombs were found at the south end. Some of them were eroded by the Yagou River, and there were pottery pieces, bones, and fragments of artifacts in the soil. - ** Zhang Jia Zui Ruins **: Located 2.5 kilometers south of the city, the second and third platform on the south bank of the Daxia River, covering an area of 54000 square meters, belonging to the coexisting ruins of the "Majiayao culture","Banshan type" and "Qi family culture". It was discovered by Pei Wenzhong in 1947 and excavated by the Yellow River archeological team of the China Academy of Sciences in 1955. In 1961, it was announced by the provincial people's government as the first batch of cultural relics to be protected. Later, due to the destruction of some sites, the cultural relics protection site was cancelled in 1981. 3. ** Mianchi * - Mianchi cultural relics and historical sites are represented by Yangshao cultural sites, including more than 50 Yangshao village sites. The site had four layers of culture, from early to late, from the middle of Yangshao culture to the late of Yangshao culture to the early of Longshan culture to the middle of Longshan culture. In January 1957, it was announced as a cultural relic protection unit in Mianchi County. On March 4, 1961, it was announced by the State Council as the first batch of national key cultural relic protection units. 4. ** Dunhuang Region ** - ** Mogao Grottoes **: A series of Buddhist grottoes in Dunhuang City, Gansu Province, China, with thousands of caves and murals. It was the representative of the world-famous cave temple, but it faced many protection problems, such as light erosion of paint caused by tourists, vibration, temperature and humidity changes, natural disasters, historical wars, etc., which led to the loss of statues and murals in the grottoes every year. - Yulin Cave: also known as the Ten Thousand Buddha Cave, was built in the Northern Wei Dynasty. It was located in Guazhou County, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province. Next to it was the Yulin River. It was completely excavated on the vertical cliffs on both sides of the Yulin River Canyon. The existing 43 caves are of the same origin as the Mogao Grottoes in terms of content, artistic style and painting form. They are known as sister caves with the Mogao Grottoes. Because it was not famous and was relatively well protected, the artistic value of the Xixia murals surpassed that of the Mogao Grottoes. The Xixia Water Moon Guanyin in Cave 2 was praised. 5. ** Hebei Region ** - ** Xiangtangshan Grottoes **: Located in Gushan, Fengfeng Kuangqu, Handan City. It was first excavated during the reign of Emperor Wenxuan of the Northern Qi Dynasty, Gao Yang (550 - 559). According to historical records, there were originally 18 caves, and only five caves were excavated at present. The middle cave was the most well-preserved. There were more than 10,000 Buddha statues in the cave, also known as Ten Thousand Buddha Rock. It was built in the fourth year of Song Pingzhi. Chinese and foreign scholars believed that its historical and artistic value was not inferior to Yungang, Longmen, and Dunhuang. 8. ** Qingyun (Hebei)** - ** Qingyun Old City **: In the sixth year of Hongwu of the Ming Dynasty (1373), Qingyun County was set up. The magistrate moved the county seat here and created the city wall. It was repaired in the second year of Zhengtong (1437) and rebuilt in the second year of Chenghua (1466). The city wall was four miles in circumference and 1.5 feet high. There were also related buildings such as the city gate. In 1964, a new county was built. The cultural relics bureau of the Anhui Province will carry out underwater archaeology

The Cultural Relics Bureau of Anhui Province would conduct underwater archaeology on Taiping Lake. He had planned to use modern scientific and technological geological exploration equipment to explore the former site of Guangyang City, the former site of Yangxi Street, and the stone inscriptions on cliffs under Taiping Lake. The purpose was to carry out a more comprehensive and detailed exploration of the underwater ancient city of Taiping Lake on the basis of the original archaeological achievements, so as to obtain more information and data for subsequent archaeological research. The ancient city of Guangyang under Taiping Lake had a history of more than 2200 years. In the Han Dynasty, it was the seat of Lingyang County. Except for the short-term change in the Southern Song Dynasty, it had always been the seat of the county. In 1970, Taiping Lake sank to the bottom of the lake after water storage. In addition, during the underwater archaeological instrument exploration of the Guangyang City site, a high-rise building was found outside the west gate of the city site, which was determined to be the site of the Confucian Temple. Read more exciting novels for free
