What are the shortcomings of manual operation in the out-patient pharmacy?
The manual operation of the Outpatient Pharmacy had the following shortcomings: 1. Low work efficiency and long waiting times for patients would lower the hospital's service image. 2. When the tonic area was filled with tonics, it was done manually, and there was no central control management system. It was necessary to know the types and quantities of tonics manually, and then take the medicine boxes from the warehouse and put them into the tonic area. The process was inefficient, and it was difficult to meet the high-speed distribution needs of modern hospitals. 3. Pharmacists were responsible for checking the medication. When the workload was high, it was easy to give out the wrong medication due to fatigue, which would cause doctor-patient disputes and reduce the hospital's brand image in the hearts of patients. 4. The amount of drugs used was calculated and analyzed manually, and the inventory of drugs could not be fed back in real time. When purchasing, the inventory had to be manually counted, which was time-consuming and energy-consuming. Read more exciting novels for free

How to compile the contents of the operation manual
The following methods can be used to compile the contents of the operation manual: 1. ** Remember the key points **: identify and classify the key elements involved in the operation manual, such as different operation targets, department responsibilities, training targets, different types of work items, etc., and build a framework based on these key points when preparing the catalog to avoid logical confusion, contradictions, and omits. 2. ** Open the organization chart **: Keep the organization chart of the headquarters, departments, and individual stores (if involved) at hand. Remember their superior-subordinate relationship and position names so that you can reasonably arrange the hierarchy of the relevant contents of each department and link when designing the catalog. 3. ** Exhaustive List **: In order to make the manual detailed and operational, the relevant contents should be listed as comprehensively as possible and vague expressions should be avoided. 4. ** Insist on the tree-diagram thinking: First list all the contents of the first level, then list the contents of the second level for each project, and so on. He could also list all the content points first, then summarize and classify them. Finally, he could use the tree diagram to test, supplement, and improve them to ensure that the logic of the catalog was clear and comprehensive. 5. ** Refine to Level 3 Catalog **: Try to refine the catalog to Level 3 Catalog at the beginning of compilation. This will help maintain a clear idea in the subsequent compilation of content, making the compilation process more like filling in the blanks, improving the targeting and efficiency. Read more exciting novels for free
