Some stray cats would bark intermittently when their owners went out. Read more exciting novels for free
What was your reaction when you got home?
People's reactions when they returned home varied. Some people might play with their mobile phones and be stunned when they get home if there's no one at home. Some people will take the initiative to give their family a "loving hug" when they get home. Some people become silent when they get home and no longer take the initiative to communicate with their family. Some people bring surprises to their family when they get home, like a woman bringing her boyfriend home. When her boyfriend knocks on the door, he is so nervous that he shouts "Mom" before opening the door. There were also people who went home without telling their families in advance, such as the siblings sneaking home, which made their grandmother ask in surprise," What jumped over?" There were also children who saw their parents who hadn't seen each other for a long time, like the 4-year-old girl in Tai 'an, Shandong Province, who ran over excitedly from afar. Of course, there were also bad situations, such as boyfriends being coldly treated at the woman's house. Read more exciting novels for free

Stray Cat Essay
The following was an essay about stray cats: Stray Cat: Little Life in the City In every corner of the city, stray cats could often be seen. They were like wandering elves. Although they were homeless, they had a unique story of survival. Once, under the afterglow of dusk, I met a stray cat. It was a yellow kitten, thin and weak. It was hiding in the bushes behind the landscape stone outside the gate of the community. When I approached, it stuck its head out timidly. Its round eyes were filled with fear and anticipation. Its walking posture was very strange. Its left leg seemed to be injured, and it was almost half-dragging itself forward. Every step it took would make a painful meow. The child and I stood there and observed it. The kitten seemed to sense that we had no ill intentions and slowly approached us. It first used its tail to gently sweep my trouser leg. Seeing that I didn't react, it began to rub its head against my trouser leg. That appearance was really lovable. The child wanted to hug it, but considering that the kitten might carry parasites, I stopped it. So I gave the child one yuan and asked him to go to the nearby supermarket to buy a ham sausage. When the ham sausage was placed in front of the kitten, it began to eat in big mouthfuls. It did not look like a gentle cat eating at all. It must be extremely hungry. In the next few days, we went to see it every day. The kitten's legs gradually improved, and walking was no longer so painful. Later, he found that there were other people taking care of the kitten. Its life seemed to be guaranteed, from hunger and cold to food and clothing. There are also two stray cats. I named them Xiao Huang and Xiao Hui. Goldie was a little shy. Every time I gave it a fish, it always hid far away. Xiao Hui was very close to me. When I was happy, it would also be happy. When I was unhappy, it would rub against me as if it was comforting me. Once, they meowed and asked me for food. I quickly asked my father to go home to get food. Seeing them eat their fill, my heart was full of happiness and joy. The world of stray cats was full of hardship and warmth. Although they wandered, they could also feel warmth under the care of people. We should give more attention and care to these little lives so that they can live safely in the corners of the city.
Stray Cat in the Rain
Stray Cat in the Rain In the corners of the city, stray cats were like wandering elves, and the stray cats in the rain were more like poor children forgotten by the world. The rain continued to fall, and the streets and alleys were washed away by the rain. In such weather, the stray cats lost their usual comfortable corner to bask in the sun. They were either hiding under the car's undercarriage, and the narrow and damp space became a temporary haven. The sound of raindrops hitting the car seemed to make them feel uneasy. Those already weak bodies curled up tightly, trying to resist the cold and fear. There was a stray cat with black and white stripes, which looked particularly miserable in the rain. Its fur was soaked by the rain and stuck to its body. Its fluffy tail became wet and dragged on the ground. It carefully walked along the street, its eyes vigilantly looking around. Perhaps they were looking for a safer and dry place, or perhaps they were looking for food to fill their stomachs. Its footsteps were very light, so light that no sound could be heard. It was like a silent walker. There was a damp and rancid smell around the trash cans on the street. This was where stray cats might find food in the rain. It circled the trash can a few times, sniffing around, hoping to find some leftovers from the pile of trash. However, the rain had already soaked most of the food residue into a pulp, but it still did not give up. It used its claws to rummage through the trash. Most of the passersby were in a hurry, and few people noticed the stray cat struggling in the rain. Occasionally, one or two children saw it and wanted to get close to help it, but they were pulled away by their parents, leaving the stray cat alone in the rain to continue its search. The rain was still falling, and the stray cats seemed so small and strong in the rain. Their existence was a different kind of scenery in the city, and it also let people see the tenacity of life in a difficult situation. We should give more care to these wandering animals so that they can feel warmth in the wind and rain.
Stray Cat Poison
Recently, there had been many cases of stray cats being poisoned to death. At the Central China Agricultural University, more than 10 stray cats on campus died one after another since October 2024. They were suspected to have been poisoned. The Nanhu Police Station had intervened to deal with them, and the school was also handling the matter. A similar incident occurred in Tainan City. In October 2024, a member of parliament pointed out that someone in the Central and Western District had poisoned stray cats with poisoned cat food. Dozens of cats had died, and the cat corpses had spitting blood or foaming at the mouth. Although the cat corpses had been cleaned up and could not be tested for poison, the animal protection department stressed that they would be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law. They could be sentenced to up to two years in prison or detention, and fined 200,000 to 2 million New Taiwan dollars. In addition, there were pet cats and dogs in the community that died one after another. The residents suspected that it was caused by poisoning stray cats and dogs. The property management was cooperating with the investigation. A dozen stray cats were also poisoned to death in a residential area in Guangxi. Judging from these incidents, poisoning stray cats was not allowed by law and morality. Some incidents had been investigated by the police or animal protection department, and those involved might face legal punishment.
Feed the Stray Cat
[Feed the Stray Cat] In the corner of the community, a few stray cats could often be seen. They did not have a fixed home and could only find shelter in the grass, under the car, and other places. I noticed one of the cats. Its fur was a little messy, but its eyes were smart. Every time I see it, I feel a surge of sympathy. One day, I took some leftover fish meat to feed it. It started to be a little vigilant and hid behind the car to secretly watch me. I placed the fish on the ground and took a few steps back. After a while, it carefully walked over, sniffed, and then began to eat. Looking at how it wolfed down the food, I felt happy and sad. Stray cats are also life. They survive in the cracks of the city. We should give them more care, even if it's just an occasional feeding.
The Stray Cat Diary
The following is an example of a diary about stray cats: [Date] [Day] [Weather] Today, she saw the stray cats in the neighborhood again. They wandered around the trash can, their eyes filled with vigilance and desire for food. Stray cats, these ownerless little guys who lived in the wild for a long time, their origins always made people sigh. Many of them had been adopted but abandoned for various reasons, and then they reproduced on their own in the abandoned environment. I remembered a story I heard before. A family had a dispute because of stray cats. A stray cat adopted by a resident ran to the neighbor's house many times and made a mess of the neighbor's house. Not only was there cat feces everywhere, but it also damaged many household items and even scared the neighbor to get sick and seek medical treatment. This made me realize that although stray cats are very pitiful, when taking care of them, we should also consider the impact on the people around us. However, there were also warm things. For example, there was a young lady who adopted a stray cat. That cat wanted to run out every day, but later found out that it was worried about its cubs outside. When it brought its children to its new owner's house one by one, it really made people feel that all things had spirituality. I also know of a movie called " Stray Cat Bob," which tells the story of a drug addicted stray artist and a stray cat accompanying each other and changing their fates. These stray cats were like little creatures in life. They had their own way of survival and stories. Although they faced many uncertainties and dangers, they could occasionally encounter warm people and things. He hoped that more people could care for stray cats and be reasonable and legal to avoid unnecessary disputes.
