I haven't received my graduation file for many years.
If they graduated from a full-time school, the school would usually provide students with two years of free file preservation services. After two years, the school would transfer the files back to the talent exchange center or relevant file management organization in the student's hometown according to procedures. For those who had not received their files after graduation for many years, they could first contact the graduation school to inquire about the whereabouts of the files. Files were important materials for the civil service examination, postgraduate entrance examination, professional title evaluation, household registration migration, retirement procedures, and other key links. If the file was always in his hands, it would become a " dead file " and he would not be able to transfer it when he needed to retrieve the file. It would affect the political review of civil servants, the political review of graduate students, the evaluation of professional titles, the calculation of seniority, and so on. In serious cases, it might lead to the failure of the evaluation of professional titles. If you find that the files are missing, you can contact the school or the corresponding person in charge to make up for it. Although the reissued files are not as complete as the original files, the files that are reissued through formal channels can be used normally. Read more exciting novels for free
Will the college graduation file have an impact?
If the university graduates first and then obtains the graduation certificate, there may be a corresponding record in the student registration file, which may have some impact on the individual's career development. For example, when applying for certain professional qualifications or promotions, relevant supporting materials may be required. However, as long as he passed the final make-up exam and obtained a graduation certificate, it would not affect his degree, and the impact on employment and career development could be minimized. The graduation certificate was not an official proof of academic qualifications. In recruitment, most companies preferred to hire employees with graduation certificates. The graduation certificate might cause doubts and distrust from the recruiting staff. Read more exciting novels for free
Will the university graduation file record the punishment?
There might be a record of punishment in the university graduation file. The punishments during the university period ranged from a warning to a notice of criticism, detention, expulsion, and so on. Generally speaking, for lighter punishments such as warnings or notices of criticism, in most cases, the school would not include or record the materials in the student records, especially if the student actively admitted his mistakes, had a good attitude, and actively communicated with the counselor (for example, indicating that he wanted to take the civil service examination to enter the system). However, more serious punishments such as detention, expulsion, and expulsion were more likely to be recorded in the file. Moreover, the university archives basically recorded all kinds of situations of the students since high school, including academic performance, awards, punishments, comprehensive performance, etc. These contents might have a certain impact on future promotions or settling down in the city. Read more exciting novels for free
What if the college graduation file is always at home?
It's best not to keep the files in your hands. You can handle them in the following ways: 1. If you have not graduated for more than two years and have not found a job, you can contact the school. The school may help you deal with the file problem. For example, you can keep the file in school for management (the school can keep the file within two years of graduation. If necessary, you can go back to school to take it or directly send it back to the place of origin, which will be managed by the local social organization). You can also find a talent exchange agency with the right to keep the file to re-open the file transfer letter and go to the original talent exchange agency to re-apply for the recommendation letter. 2. If you graduated more than two years ago or don't want the school to handle it, you can hand over the file as an unemployed person to the street where the household registration is located for safekeeping; you can also entrust the file to the talent agency in the place of origin; if there is a work unit (such as a non-public enterprise in Fuzhou City), the file can be placed in the corresponding management agency, but the file transfer needs to be public to public, and the school will directly transfer it to the talent agency. 3. If the file has expired and is in a dead state, you need to go through the activation procedure to make it take effect again. Read more exciting novels for free
The graduation file of college students is returned to the place of origin.
If there was no unit to receive the file after graduation, the file would be sent back to the student's place of origin by the school and kept by the talent management department of the place of origin. The origin of the students was defined as follows: 1. When filling in the information, graduates (usually undergraduate graduates, or master's or doctor's graduates with no work experience) with their parents (or other family members) registered permanent residence were born in the place where their parents (or other family members) registered permanent residence was located, up to the district and county level. 2. When filling in the information, through individual purchase of a house or the introduction of work talents, the individual household registration has been separated from the family household registration. Students with independent individual household registration or collective household registration in the talent market, the place of origin is the place where the individual independent household registration or collective household registration in the talent market is located, specifically to the district and county level. 3. When filling in the information, the graduates whose registered permanent residence moved to the collective registered permanent residence of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics were born in the place where the family registered permanent residence was before the transfer (except for the on-the-job personnel). Before graduation, if the location of the individual's registered permanent residence changed, the new registered permanent residence after the change would be the place of origin. If there are any changes, you need to bring your ID card or a copy of your household registration book to the counselor to change it. In addition, if the file was returned to the place of origin, the graduate should pay attention to the whereabouts of the file to prevent the file from being hung up for a long time. Read more exciting novels for free
Where is the college graduation file from World War II?
For university graduates from World War II, their files could be stored in the following places: 1. Institution of graduation: If you are not employed at the time of graduation or need temporary files, the school will usually keep the files for the graduates for 1 to 2 years. You can ask the school counselor or the teacher in the file management office for details. 2. The Human Resources and social protection Bureau (i.e., the talent market or talent exchange center) of the household registration (student origin): If you do not choose the file storage location when you graduate, the school may transfer the file to the student origin by default. 3. Work unit or workplace's talent market: If you have already joined the job and your unit has the qualification to receive personal files, the files will be stored in your work unit. If your unit does not have the right to keep the files, the files may be stored in the workplace's talent market. Read more exciting novels for free
