Japanese university graduation ceremony during the epidemic
Affected by the COvid-19 epidemic, Japan's BMT University (Business Breakthrough University) held a cloud graduation ceremony on March 28,2020. Previously, the school had announced this unique cloud graduation ceremony on the official website on March 21. As many students who wanted to attend the graduation ceremony were affected by the epidemic and could not come to the scene, the school decided to use the virtual communication robot "newme" developed by the Anna company for the first time to complete the ceremony. In this cloud graduation ceremony,"newme" was composed of a tablet "head" that played the student's facial video and a four-wheeled "leg". It wore a robe and a bachelor's hat to play the graduate. Four graduate representatives (two undergraduate students and two graduate students) operated "newme" at home to receive the graduation certificate from the founder of the school, Kenichi Ohma, and complete the degree award. The other graduates watched it online through ZOOM. The graduates could watch the ceremony in real time through the video function and control the robot remotely on the computer. A graduate who used "newme" to attend a remote graduation ceremony said that it was a novel experience to be able to receive a diploma publicly while staying at home. The outbreak of New Crown Lung Disease made everyone more aware of the significance of building a community of human destiny. Students should improve their thinking, improve their standing position, look at complex problems in a larger pattern, and position their personal development. No matter where they are or what profession they are engaged in, they should have the ambition to embrace the world, integrate the small self into the big self, and contribute wisdom to the development of the country and the progress of human civilization. Second, he had to make 'unity, service, sacrifice' his motto for life. In the fight against the epidemic, Fudan University and its Shanghai Medical College won widespread praise. It was difficult to breathe without a mask, but the air in the United States was sweet and fresh, and there was a strange luxury. She was shocked as soon as she got off the plane and said that the reason she came to the University of Pennsylvania was because of the fresh air here. Her remarks aroused the anger and dissatisfaction of the people in the country. Many people criticized her for worshipping foreigners and forgetting her ancestors. Later, she wanted to develop in the United States, but American companies were unwilling to hire a person who didn't even love her own country. She had also wanted to go to Korea to develop her career, but she had also suffered setbacks in Korea. Although she apologized after the incident, she said negative vulgarities on social media and had a bad attitude. Read more exciting novels for free
