Shang Qinjie graduated from Kaifeng University and was an internet celebrity related to painting. He majored in art and design during his university years. After graduation, he engaged in art-related work and made a lot of money by painting in big cities such as Shanghai and Zhengzhou. Later, he gave up his high-paying job and returned to his hometown, Xiaotun Village, Hui County, to create wall paintings. At first, the villagers didn't understand or even rejected him, but as his paintings made Xiaotun Village an online celebrity, the villagers 'attitudes changed. The murals he painted included Miyazaki's anime characters such as Totoro and Qianxun, as well as the national cartoon Nezha. He said that he chose Miyazaki's works to cure the frustrated young people. He also consulted a lawyer before painting and learned that familiar works could be publicly exhibited. As long as they were not used for profit, there would be no copyright disputes. He also tried to create original works, but it was more difficult and time-consuming. Read more exciting novels for free
