In the storm
During a storm, we should take some measures to ensure our safety. First of all, we should close the doors and windows and reinforce the outdoor items to prevent them from being blown down or causing damage. In addition, we should avoid going out during heavy rains, especially in mountainous areas or areas prone to flash floods. If we must go out, we should watch the sky. If the clouds grow dark and level, with lightning and thunder, then a storm may be coming. In this case, we should find a safe shelter as soon as possible and stay away from areas where floods or landslides may occur. In addition, we should also avoid throwing garbage and debris into the drainage facilities to prevent blockages from causing flooding.
