How to become an actor after graduating from the drama school

Answer 1

After graduating from the Central Academy of Drama, there were many ways to start working as an actor. Firstly, starting from the special actors, they would go to the recruitment offices of various production teams for interviews, and it was a common method to run to the production team. Third, although the probability of becoming an actor after graduation was not very high and 70% of the students chose to change careers after graduation, compared to other performing arts schools, the probability of students from the Central Academy of Drama becoming actors after graduation was still higher. Students from different departments (such as performance, directing, drama, stage art, film and television, etc.) could develop in the field of literature and art after graduation, and could take this opportunity to develop in the direction of actors. The students of the Shanghai Theater Academy had similar situations. The actor Lin Gengxin was admitted to the Shanghai Theater Academy's PhD student in the direction of drama, film and television performance creation to further his performance ability, which was also a manifestation of his development in the acting industry. Of course, in the development of the acting industry, there may be problems with the uneven distribution of resources caused by social class differences. For example, actors from ordinary families may face more challenges in obtaining resources than actors from artistic families, but as long as they have the opportunity to participate in popular dramas, they have the possibility of becoming actors and developing.
