What are some 'FF14 Healer Horror Stories'?

There was a time when a healer in FF14 was so focused on DPS (damage per second) that they neglected their healing duties. They thought they could multi - task but ended up leaving the party members with low health and not being able to recover in time. For example, during a dungeon run with multiple mobs attacking at once, the healer was too busy trying to cast offensive spells instead of keeping an eye on the health bars. As a result, the group had a really tough time and almost failed the run.
