Can you share your favorite horror story?
I like 'The Monkey's Paw'. It's a short but very effective horror story. A family comes into possession of a magical monkey's paw that can grant wishes. However, every wish comes with a horrible price. Their first wish for money results in their son's death at work, and then they have to face the consequences of trying to bring him back. It shows how meddling with the unknown can lead to great tragedy.
One of my favorite horror stories is 'The Tell - Tale Heart' by Edgar Allan Poe. It's about a narrator who is haunted by an old man's vulture - like eye. He becomes so obsessed that he murders the old man and hides his body under the floorboards. But then he starts to hear the old man's heart still beating, which drives him to insanity. It's a classic that plays on the themes of guilt and paranoia.
My favorite horror story is 'Dracula'. The idea of a powerful vampire preying on the living is truly terrifying. Dracula has the ability to control minds, transform into animals, and has superhuman strength. The story follows the characters as they try to stop him from spreading his evil across England. It's filled with suspense, especially when they're hunting for his lair.

Can you share the reason for your least favorite horror story?
Sure. For me, 'Annabelle' is my least favorite. It's because the whole idea of a possessed doll is really overdone in horror these days. It seems like every other horror movie has a possessed doll in it, and it's just lost its scare factor for me.

There's a story in '100 word horror stories' about a locked box. A man finds it in his attic. When he finally manages to open it, a cold wind blows out. He sees a vision of a dark figure reaching for him. I love this one because it builds tension so well. The mystery of the box and the sudden horror when it's opened is really engaging.
What is your favorite horror story?
I have to go with 'Dracula'. The vampire theme, the mystery, and the sense of danger throughout the story always keep me on the edge of my seat.

Well, I really like the Christmas story where a family was traveling on Christmas Eve and got stranded in a small town due to a snowstorm. At first, they were worried and sad that they wouldn't be home for Christmas. But the people in the town welcomed them with open arms. They had a big Christmas dinner together, exchanged gifts, and sang carols. It was a wonderful experience for the family, and it made them realize that Christmas is not just about being at home but also about the kindness of strangers and the joy of togetherness.

If you are looking for a horror story, I suggest you try " The Quick Terror Plan ". There are many death games and ghost stories in different worlds, but I don't recommend you to start reading the later worlds because it's a little confusing. I hope you like my recommendation.😗
