30 years of flexible retirement
30 years of flexible retirement was a retirement concept that was currently receiving much attention. On the positive side: - Incentives for social security participation: It is beneficial to encourage people to actively participate in social security when they are young, because the condition of retirement after working for 30 years will encourage people to start paying as soon as possible to meet the retirement conditions as soon as possible, thus easing the income pressure of the pension fund. - ** Talent Flow and Enterprise Development **: It helps to update the flow of talents in the system. The employees didn't have to wait for retirement to occupy their positions for a long time. The company could speed up the construction of the talent echelon, make the talent structure more reasonable, and adapt to the changes in the market. - ** Individual retirement planning **: Realizing the autonomy of individual retirement planning. Different individuals could flexibly arrange their retirement life according to their own economic reserves and health conditions. At present, although civil servants could voluntarily apply for retirement after 30 years of service, doing so would have a certain impact on their income and career. In the year 2024, for example, civil servants (people in government agencies and institutions) who retired in September and October (the same 30 years of service) would have different retirement pension calculations at different times, but the overall difference was not significant. There was also a gap in the pension of retired employees in enterprises and institutions. Even if the length of service was the same, it would also differ due to the nature of the unit (for example, enterprises often only paid basic pension insurance and lacked supplementary pension benefits). In general, delaying retirement was the general trend. 30-year flexible retirement was one of the future reform directions, but the specific reform measures needed further discussion and improvement. The novel "Ten Years of Death" is equally exciting. Everyone is welcome to click and read it!

A flexible and adaptable wave animation
Here are a few ways to create a flexible and adaptable wave animation: ** 1. Combining the glyph with the graphic style animation ** 1. ** Drawing Basic Patterns ** - Use the path tag of the PVP (drawn using Bezier curves) to draw at least one undulating wave-like basic figure and assign it an ID. At the same time, use the defs tag to wrap the reference graphic elements. Although the elements defined in it will not be directly presented, they can be presented through subsequent <use>tags. 2. ** Construct the overall image ** - Using the use tag to reuse the previously defined path graph, creating a multi-layered wave feeling. Generally, the effect of 3 - 5 layers was better. By setting different y values for the use tag, the shape of the waves was constructed. Use the G tag to group the images. 3. ** Add style animation ** - Write your own styles and animations. The essence of animation is the translation animation in the x-axis direction (such as using translate3D to call the CPU to improve performance). Each layer of waves had the same animation and motion curve, but different wave layers had different animation duration and delay, creating a continuous wave, sometimes turbulent and sometimes calm feeling. He could also use different transparent backgrounds to fill the wave layer, creating a sense of space. When used, the fill color of the wave was generally the same color as the background of the page to make the page harmonious. ** 2. Create a wave animation effect in the PowerPoint ** 1. ** Draw a wave shape ** - He chose a curve from the basic shape and drew four curves according to the height to imitate the wave shape. 2. ** Adjusts shape and appearance ** - He adjusted the width of the lines between 50 and 100 pounds, changed their colors, and arranged them according to the distribution of left and right. 3. ** Set animation path ** - In the animation tab, add path animation to all four curves, the right one to the left, the left one to the right, and then select all to be vertically centered. 4. ** Adjusts animation sequence and duration ** - He opened the animation pane, selected all the animations, and right-clicked to start from the previous one. The duration could be slightly longer (about ten seconds or so), and the animation would play slowly to create the feeling of waves, but not every line needed to be the same. ** 3. Create a water wave animation based on the Water Tile (Take an 8-frame animation as an example)** 1. ** define the peak and the valley Tile** - Create a water Tile that can be pieced up, down, left, and right. Move the basic water Tile vertically up by 1 pel as the peak Tile, and move down by 1 pel as the valley Tile. 2. ** Create Mask ** - Create 2 masks: the peak Tile mask and the valley Tile mask. The peak mask and the valley mask both moved from top to bottom, but the starting point was different. The base of the peak mask was the peak Tile, and the base of the valley mask was the valley Tile. 3. ** Creating animation sequence frames ** - According to the rule of moving from top to bottom, 8 frames of sequence frames were made for each of the peak masks and the valley masks. The peak mask was superimposed on the peak Tile, and the part covered by the mask was deleted to obtain the peak animation sequence frame; the valley mask was superimposed on the valley Tile, and the part covered by the mask was deleted to obtain the valley animation sequence frame. 4. ** Completed animation ** - Finally, the wave crest and wave trough animation sequence frames were superimposed on the base water Tile to complete the eight-frame water wave animation. <a href="/?from=ask_words" style="color:red" target="_blank">Read more exciting novels for free</a>
