A group of friends time - travel to the Victorian era. One of them has a very loud and obnoxious laugh. Every time they go to a formal event, like a ball, this friend's laugh echoes through the hall. The Victorians are shocked at first but then find it so contagious that they start laughing along. It turns into a big laughter party that no one expected in that very proper Victorian setting.
