abstract
Using Peg20000 as a chain transfer agent and AIFN as an initiator, the irreversible addition-fragment chain transfer (RAFT) radical synthesis of NIFAM was carried out in 1,4-hexane solution to obtain the triblock copolmer, pNIFAm-PG-pNIFAm. Then, the triblock copolmer was subjected to an amidation reaction with hexyldiamine to obtain hs-pNIFAm-Peg-pNIFAm-SH. After passing through the catalyst, the core cross-linked micelle was obtained. Its structure was confirmed by 1H-MRI, infrared spectrum and gel condensation. The gel showed good temperature sensitivity, with a low critical solution temperature of 33°C. Moreover, the structure was stable, and the nano-particle size basically remained unchanged at different temperatures.
