The ancient palace city was blocked ten miles around Chang 'an. The huge palace was constructed from gold and gemstones, shining brightly under the sunlight. The palace was surrounded by long lines of armored soldiers holding spears and shields, waiting for the emperor's orders.

In the depths of the palace, there was a huge courtyard surrounded by verdant bamboos. In the middle of the courtyard, there was a tall bronze statue of the famous poet of the Tang Dynasty, Bai Juyi. Bai Juyi once lived here and wrote many poems that were well-known.

On one side of the courtyard, there was a small house where a young woman lived. Her name was Chang Ge, and she was a singer from the folk. She was good at singing and many people liked to listen to her voice. Changge often sang here, and her voice was like the sound of nature, intoxicating people.

One day, Changge met a stranger here. This person was called Li He, and he was a talented poet. Li He told Changge his story and asked her about Chang 'an and the palace. Chang Ge deeply admired Li He's talent and experience and became good friends with him.

From then on, Changge and Li He often sang together and discussed poetry creation. Their friendship deepened over time and they became the most famous poet and singer in Chang 'an.
