The essence of social adaptation included two aspects: individual adaptation and social coordination. Individual adaptation refers to how individuals adjust themselves in the social environment to adapt to the changes in the social environment so as to better survive and develop. Social coordination refers to how different groups, organizations, and individuals cooperate and coordinate with each other to achieve common goals and interests. Only through the interaction of individual adaptation and social coordination could society maintain stability and development.
