I saw this when I was young, maybe around 1998? He vaguely remembered that a few children had broken into the forbidden area of the witch or someone else in the forest at night. They knocked over some potion and woke up a big monster. They killed a young and strong forest guard in the forest. The police came to investigate and saw that the monster had taken off the victim's head. The body was hanging upside down in the house. There was a red cross drawn on the wall by blood. This was probably the first half of the film.
