University dormitory situation report
There were many situations in the university dormitory. Roommate relationships were complicated and varied. Some dormitory members had a harmonious relationship. For example, some students were lucky enough to meet honest and pure roommates who shared the same values. However, there were also many problems. There would be isolated people in the male dormitory and the use of items without greeting. For example, it was fine to put 5,000 yuan in the male dormitory, but it would be gone after a night's sleep. There was a lot of money on the table, but food and toiletries would be taken by the roommates at will. There were also conflicts in the female dormitory, such as being attacked by roommates over the phone in Cantonese, being isolated, being badmouthed, encountering smart and scheming roommates, and even malicious behavior such as putting glue in the cosmetic contact lenses. Some students were treated unfairly in the dormitory, such as being asked by their roommates to bring food for four years and sometimes not paying. In terms of dormitory environment, there were big differences between different dormitories. Some dormitories were in a bad environment. At 8 am, they were still in a mess. Many people stayed in bed without washing up or cleaning up the dormitory. Rubbish piled up, personal belongings were placed randomly, and the smell was mixed. There were many cigarette butts, and the leftovers were smelly and moldy. Even though the school emphasized that the dormitory garbage should be cleaned up and provided with garbage bags, there were still students who piled up the garbage in the corridor. However, there were also dormitories with better environments, such as Tsinghua University's four-person dormitory. There were beds and tables, air conditioning, and a small balcony. Every two dormitories also shared a small central hall as a storage room. In terms of dormitory facilities, different schools had different facilities. For example, Peking University's four-person rooms had air conditioning, one-piece desk cabinets, lockers, internet cables, balconies, bunk beds, and each floor had two toilets, a shower room (four shower heads), and a water dispenser. The six-person rooms at China University of PetroChina were relatively old, with cement floors, bunk beds, public internet cable sockets, limited power, and no air conditioning. The dormitories of the People's University of China had air conditioning, and each floor had a bathroom, but there was a lack of elevator capacity. In terms of students 'personal behavior, some students lacked good living habits. For example, they were addicted to online games in the dormitory and did not care about the dormitory environment and the feelings of others. However, there were also students who were active and hardworking. For example, the students of Tsinghua University would seriously plan their studies in the dormitory, prepare for exams, homework, and papers.
