I've met many different types of teachers, but there's one person I'll never forget: he was one of my history teachers. The teacher always made some speechless remarks in class, and his course content was extremely boring. He always liked to simply summarize historical events into some patterns instead of delving into the background, causes, and effects of historical events. He also often criticized the way our students think in class, saying that we only know how to memorize and not think. I tried to ask other teachers for help, but this teacher always told other teachers about my situation and expressed doubts about what other teachers said. This made me feel very depressed and helpless. Although the teacher's performance was very disappointing, I finally learned how to learn history. I found that by thinking deeply and exploring historical events, I could better understand history and the world.
