This poem was written by the Tang Dynasty poet Bai Juyi. It was a complete poem in the poem "Farewell to the Ancient Grass": The grass on the plain withers and thrives once a year. The wildfire never ends, and the spring breeze blows, it grows again. The far-off fragrance encroaches on the ancient road, the clear green connecting the deserted city. And send the king's grandson away, full of parting feelings. The wind blows the fallen leaves and leaves fall to protect the flowers. This poem described the changes of the four seasons on the prairie and the deep feelings of parting. The scene of falling leaves in the wind implied the passage of time and the short life. And " protect the flower " meant that the leaves provided shelter and nutrients for the flowers to maintain the continuation of life. The whole sentence could be understood as the wind blowing the fallen leaves to protect the flowers, expressing the reincarnation and eternity of life.
