The Bridges of Maiden County, why is it more about passion than love in my eyes?
" The Bridges of London " was an American film directed by Robert Zemecris. It told the story of a photographer who met a young woman during his trip to Italy and fell into a passionate relationship. Although the 'covered bridge' in the name of the movie referred to a bridge that had been built, the love depicted in the movie was not real love but a short passion. In the movie, the emotional entanglement between the two protagonists stemmed from their different views on life, career, and family background, as well as their mutual attraction and impulse. Although they loved each other deeply, their feelings could not be maintained in the end because of the gap between the two of them in reality and their uncompromising values. Therefore, although the name of the movie,"The Bridges of Maiden's disease", hinted at a deep love relationship, in fact, the plot depicted in the movie was more about passion than true love.
