Hello everyone, please recommend an urban ability novel, thank you!

I read a book four or five years ago. The main character was a private detective (helping people investigate extramarital affairs), and then a bunch of superpowered people jumped into it.
Their abilities are categorized into "atomic level" and "domain level". The types of abilities are very similar to the X-Men.
I remember there was one who could control the air (or the wind, I forgot), and there was one who stabbed him with a knife. He formed a strong whirlwind around him and directly minced that person's arm into pieces.
