She tries to devour Tang Sanzang but is eventually defeated by Sun Wukong and the others. 6. Flaming Mountain: Tang Sanzang and his party went to Flaming Mountain and were unable to advance because of the sea of fire in Flaming Mountain. In the end, Sun Wukong thought of a way to use the Jingu Staff to turn the sea of fire into a sea of water and successfully crossed the Flaming Mountain. 7 Black Bear Spirit: Tang Sanzang and his party went to the Black Bear Cave and met the Black Bear Spirit. He tried to devour Tang Sanzang but was eventually defeated by Sun Wukong and the others. 8. The Kingdom of Women: Tang Sanzang and his party went to the Kingdom of Women and were bewitched by the king and ministers of the Kingdom of Women but were finally rescued by Sun Wukong and others. 9 Wukong's Buddhist Scriptures: Sun Wukong finally succeeded in obtaining the true scriptures and returned to China to become an eminent monk in the Buddhist world.
