1. Insufficient novel resource library: There may be some novel resource libraries exclusive to VIP members that can only be accessed by VIP members. If there are no top-up members, they cannot access these resource libraries and thus cannot read novels.

2. Internet problems: Sometimes, there may be problems with the Internet connection, resulting in the inability to access the website or load the novel page.

3. Reading permission problem: There may be some novels that require user authorization to read. If you don't have authorization, you can't read the novel.
