A Novel is usually considered a more serious and in-depth literary work because it has more thought and exploration, as well as more complicated plots and character development. The Novel could be science fiction, fantasy, history, biography, and many other types. Therefore, the main difference between novel and fiction was their purpose, form, and depth. Fictions focused more on the story itself while Novel focused more on thinking and exploration.
