The teacher resigned a month in advance
If a permanent teacher wanted to resign one month in advance, they had to follow the following procedures: First, they had to submit their resignation report in writing, stating the reasons and reasons for their resignation in detail, and save the evidence to inform the unit. Then, they had to submit the report to the relevant person in charge of the school for signature and approval before sending it to the Human Resources Department of the Education Bureau for approval. The relevant departments of the Education Bureau would submit the list of personnel to the office meeting of the Education Bureau for discussion. If they agreed to resign after discussion, the resigned teachers would have to go to the school to handle the resignation and handover procedures. Finally, after obtaining the relevant certificates from the school, they would go to the Personnel Department of the Education Bureau to handle the relevant procedures to transfer their personal files and personnel relations.
