In Beijing, the day always started with breakfast. As a typical Beijinger, I like to eat pancakes or buns at home instead of going out to restaurants. Every morning I would get up and make breakfast, usually drinking a cup of soy milk or milk, and then do some light exercise such as jogging or yoga. After breakfast, I'll start preparing for the day's work. As a programmer, I usually start work before 9 am. I would first turn on my computer and start writing code to deal with some urgent tasks until all the tasks are completed, usually taking 1-2 hours. Once I feel a little sleepy, I will start to do some relaxing stretching exercises such as stretching or massaging. Sometimes I would go to a nearby restaurant during lunchtime to try some authentic Beijing snacks such as Zhajiang noodles or fried liver. After lunch, I will start to deal with some important tasks such as communicating with clients or holding meetings. In Beijing, many people would finish work at around 3 pm and then go to the nearby shopping mall or teahouse to enjoy some leisure time. In Beijing, shopping malls and teahouses are the favorite places for many people. These places usually have all kinds of activities and entertainment facilities. At around 5 pm, I would start preparing dinner, usually going to a restaurant or supermarket to buy some ingredients. In Beijing, many people like to cook at home, which can save time and energy. After dinner, I would do some relaxing stretching exercises such as walking or watching movies. In Beijing, many people also like to invite friends to have a meal at home and spend some good time together. A day in Beijing was filled with all kinds of activities and entertainment. I like to do some light exercise in the morning and enjoy breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon, I will deal with some important tasks and enjoy some leisure time after dinner. Every day in Beijing was full of energy and fun.
