Computer Practice Report
The following is an example of a computer training summary report: ** 1. Training Introduction ** Computer training was a process of concentrated training of computer related knowledge and skills. During the practical training, we systematically learned and practiced a variety of computer knowledge and operation skills, which was very different from the traditional way of combining theoretical classes with a small number of operation classes. In traditional courses, there were only 45 minutes of practical operation for every two theoretical classes, which would easily lead to forgetting knowledge. However, the concentrated training mode of practical training helped to firmly grasp the knowledge. ** 2. Training Gains ** 1. ** Knowledge and Skill Upgrade ** - He had mastered a variety of software operating skills. For example, in terms of office software, he had an in-depth understanding of the advanced operations of Word, Excel, and other software. In Word, he learned things like rectangular selection, selecting similar-format text, applying a theme, and setting up pages.(Including paper size, orientation, page margin, etc.), correct use of absolute quote, relative quote, and mixed quote, use of column and splitter, difference between watermarks and page background, printing background method, page border,(Especially artistic borders), the comparison of paragraph borders and character borders, the automatic generation of a table of contents, the insert of a specific level of a table of contents, the update of the table of contents format, the insert, setting, and interaction of footnotes and endnotes, and the assessment knowledge points of captions and multi-level lists (Including caption insert, style modification, cross-reference, table of contents insert), Index-related operations (mark index items, insert index, delete index in batches), as well as the use of the outline view, navigation pane, and display scale adjustment. In Excel, he had mastered setting the layout, section, renamed section, selective paste of data (such as transposing paste), condition format setting (especially the condition format determined by formulas), definition of names for data areas, conversion between tables and areas, filtering (automatic filtering and advanced filtering), inserting composite charts, and other operations. - In terms of the database, using Access 20xx as an example, he learned how to effectively organize, manage, and share database information, as well as how to combine database information with the web to achieve sharing. 2. ** Learning method improvement ** - The practical training allowed us to learn more effective learning methods. For example, when practicing computer level two related operations, he used the method of watching the video tutorial first and then operating it from memory to avoid the inefficient mode of watching the tutorial while operating. When he encountered a problem, he would check the text analysis first. If he didn't understand it, he would look back at the tutorial. After the operation was over, he would save and close the file in time. He had also cultivated the operating habits. 3. ** Deepen your understanding of computer applications ** - He truly felt the widespread use of computers in his life and work. All kinds of software and programs can greatly improve work efficiency, allowing us to deal with affairs more intuitively and conveniently. ** 3. Inadequacies discovered during practical training ** 1. ** Not a solid grasp of knowledge ** - In actual practice, he found that his memory of some theoretical knowledge was not accurate enough, resulting in mistakes when operating. For example, in the second level of computer practice, when calculating the value-added tax declaration, there would be problems such as not distinguishing between sales and sales excluding tax, deducting taxes that should not be deducted, and dealing with errors in the corresponding deduction or amount that should not be deducted, which reflected the loopholes in the understanding and memory of relevant theoretical knowledge. 2. ** The practical operation ability needs to be improved ** - Although he had a certain amount of theoretical knowledge, in practice, when he encountered some continuous business processes, he would not know where to start. For example, when dealing with financial data or performing complex office software operations, they could not connect the knowledge they had learned well and needed to further improve their ability to apply what they had learned. ** 4. The significance and conclusion of the practical training ** 1. ** Meaning ** - The practical training was a comprehensive test of the computer knowledge learned in university. It was an important link in combining theory and practice. It allowed us to consolidate our knowledge in practice and discover our shortcomings in theoretical learning. At the same time, we could also learn a lot of knowledge outside the classroom, broaden our horizons, increase our knowledge, and lay a solid foundation for the future. - It plays an important role in improving our comprehensive analysis ability. Whether it was solving complex problems in computer operations or data processing and analysis in database management, they needed to use the knowledge they had learned to analyze and make decisions. 2. ** Summing Up ** - Computer training was an indispensable part of university life. Through the practical training, we gained a lot in terms of knowledge, skills, learning methods, and understanding of computer applications. At the same time, we also recognized our shortcomings, which provided a clear direction for our future study and work, and encouraged us to continuously improve our computer literacy and comprehensive ability. The name of the female protagonist in the novel, lawyer, sounds nice in modern times.
The following are some of the names of the modern female lawyers in novels: - In Lightchaser, the female lead (reporter) and the male lead (lawyer) had an emotional entanglement. Although the article did not explicitly mention whether the female lead's name was suitable for the role of a lawyer, it could be used as a reference. For example, the author's name "Wei Kong" was more refreshing and pleasant to hear. It would be good if the female lead's name was similar, such as "Su Qian", a simple and modern name. - The name of Cheng Yao in "You Have the Right to Keep a Secret Love" was simple and easy to remember, but it had a modern feel to it. - Although the name of the female lead in "Obedient" wasn't mentioned, one could imagine that an elegant and pleasant name like "Lin Yuexi" was very suitable for the image of a lawyer. It didn't lose its gentleness but also reflected the ability of the workplace. - Su Yu's name in Love and Him was simple and had the beauty of a modern woman. It did not stand out when combined with the image of a lawyer. - The name Su Yu in "Lawyer Huo, I Do" was also simple and pleasant to hear. Read more exciting novels for free
