Anti-dumping and the Principle of Protective measures
** I. Principles of Anti-dumping ** 1. ** Against Dumping ** - Dumping refers to the sale of products at a price lower than their normal value when they are being sold to other countries. When such dumping caused harm to the domestic industry, such as seizing the domestic market share and causing the domestic industry to decline, the import country could take anti-dumping measures. 2. ** Protect domestic industries from unfair competition ** - Anti-dumping measures were aimed at restoring market balance and protecting domestic industries from such unfair competition. The measures include imposing additional duties on imported products, limiting the number of imported products, and implementing anti-dumping duties. 3. ** No specific restrictions for developing countries (relatively vague)** - Regarding developing countries, the Anti-Dumping Agreement stipulated that when developed countries implemented anti-dumping measures against developing countries, they should give "special consideration" to the special circumstances of developing countries. In the case that the collection of anti-dumping duties would affect the fundamental interests of developing countries, they should try their best to find out whether there was still the possibility of constructive remedy before implementation. However, this expression contained some uncertain factors, such as "special circumstances" and "the possibility of constructive remedy". ** II. Principles of safeguard measures ** 1. ** Principle of non-discrimination ** - The safeguard measures should be applied to all imported goods and should not be applied to a specific country or region. The same measures should not be applied to different countries that produce the same product. 2. ** Principle of Clarity ** - The implementation of safeguard measures must be notified to the relevant international organizations (such as the member states of the World Trade Organization) and made public within a specified time. 3. ** Restrictive Principle ** - The implementation of safeguard measures should be temporary and could only be used when the domestic industry faced serious damage (such as serious damage or threat of serious damage caused by a surge in imported products). And the rules on the causality of causing damage or threat of damage should be stricter. 4. ** Principle of the minimum ** - The safeguard measures should not go beyond what was necessary to avoid unreasonable restrictions on the import of goods from other countries. 5. ** There are clear principles for developing countries ** - Only when the import volume of a developing country member exceeds 3% of the total import volume of a certain product, or when the total import volume of a developing country member whose import share is less than 3% exceeds 9% of the total import volume of the product, can the import country take safeguard measures against the developing country member. 6. ** Principle of compensation based on fair trade ** - The safeguard measures were based on fair trade. Generally, the country of export must be compensated. Under certain conditions, the country of export that was subject to safeguard measures could retaliate against the country of import that implemented safeguard measures. What is the artistic conception of the Han costume?
The artistic conception of Han costume photography was reflected in many aspects. First of all, the choice of background was crucial to the creation of the artistic conception. Antique ancient buildings, tree-lined places, lotus ponds with small bridges and flowing water, ancient alleys, winding boardwalks, ancient villages, and other places could be used as the background to create a quiet and beautiful artistic conception. If one wanted to take a heroic style photo, such as deserts, lakes, and original ecological beaches, it could make the picture look desolate and ancient. Secondly, the use of tools could improve one's intent. The ancient props such as umbrellas, round fans, and wine glasses were the finishing touch. Fans could also be divided into bamboo fans, cattail leaf fans, hexagonal fans, silk fans, feather fans, and many other types. Different fans could be selected according to the shooting theme. The photos taken with the fan were full of ancient style, tranquility, and beauty. Guzheng was suitable for expressing the elegant and solemn temperament of ancient noble ladies, which could make the photos appear quiet and graceful, while the long sword was suitable for expressing the style of a heroine, reflecting the longing of traveling with a sword. Moreover, the body language of the character and the props also helped to reflect the mood, such as the posture and movements when holding the props. Finally, post-production could also enhance the mood, such as adding flying bird effects (through specific post-production operations). Different scenes at different times under the change of light and shadow, such as the stars moving at midnight, the majestic sunrise at dawn, the mountains and rivers at noon, and the elegant ancient buildings at noon, could all bring unique artistic conception to Han clothing photography. Read more exciting novels for free

Returning is still the complete poem of a teenager
"Yan Yushao, who has returned from thousands of miles," came from Su Shi's "Dingfeng Bo·Nanhai Return to Wang Dingguo's Attendant Mother". The original poem was: "I often envy the jade-carving man in the world, and heaven should beg and point the crisp mother." The wind blows, the snow flies, the sea becomes cool. Ten thousand miles back, the face is less and less, smile, smile still carry the fragrance of plum blossoms on the ridge. Lingnan is not a good place, but he says,"This place is my hometown." In addition," May you and I walk out of half our lives and return as teenagers " was a beautiful wish expression. There was no separate poem named " Return as a teenager." The relevant expressions were mostly expressions of feelings extracted from classical poems, such as " Who says that life is endless? The flowing water in front of the door can still flow west!" Such poems could also reflect the meaning of this youth's state of mind despite the passage of time. While waiting for the TV series, he could also read the exciting content related to this site!
I remember there used to be a real-life anime
There were many animes with live actors. The following were some of the more well-known ones: - One Piece Live Version: There are problems with the character selection and the original character's charm. For example, Luffy's appearance is not similar to the character, and Sanji's dressing is very different from the original character. However, the casting for the second season, such as Robin and Krogdal, received some recognition. Robin's nose and overall girly look were very compatible with the manga, and Choba's special effects were also expensive. - " Chibi Maruko " Taiwan Live Version: Chibi Maruko was played by an adult, which violated the character setting and the dubbing was not harmonious. - Black Deacon: Sebastian's style is not as elegant and handsome as in the anime, disappointing the fans. - Sailor Moon live-action version: The actors 'image, costumes, wigs, and special effects didn't show the charm of the original characters well. - [Dragon Ball Live Version: The European-American style of the characters deviated from the original, and there were problems with the special effects and style.] - " Detective Conan " live-action version: Xiao Lan's appearance and acting skills were ridiculed by netizens, and the character's characteristics were not well restored. There were also some anime series such as Ultraman, Happy Planet, Golden Armor Warrior, Armor Warrior, Balala the Fairies, Masked Rider, Blazing Teens, Giant Gods Striker Team, The Prince of Tennis, Meng Xueyuan, Full-time Hunter, and Iron Armor Xiaobao. Some of these works could no longer be seen on television, some had average reviews, and some were controversial.
