The youth on campus was always full of unique charm. He still remembered the sunny field, and the running figures of the students were like jumping notes. Every physical education class was a release of energy. The boys were sweating profusely on the basketball court. The sound of the basketball hitting the ground was like the heartbeat of youth. The girls were skipping rope or chatting in the corner of the field, laughing and laughing. In the classroom, the desks were piled with books. They were the tools we used to fight for our dreams. The teacher was writing furiously on the blackboard. The white chalk dust danced in the sunlight, like a fairy of knowledge. Every time an exam came, a tense atmosphere filled the air. Everyone buried their heads in their studies and asked each other questions. The energy to work hard for results was also a unique color of youth. Getting along with friends was also a highlight of youth. He had once strolled along the path of the campus with his best friend. The afternoons they spent together, eating snacks and discussing the stars they liked or some interesting novel, their laughter echoed in the corners of the campus. However, youth was not always filled with laughter. There were times when he was lost and lost. When the results of his hard work were not recognized, when he felt powerless in the face of the pressure of further studies, that helplessness and hesitation were like a fog in the dark, enveloping him. But it was these setbacks that made youth more real. After falling down again and again, she learned to be strong, learned to wipe away her tears and continue moving forward. The night of youth was always filled with endless reverie. Lying on the bed in the dormitory and looking at the starry sky outside through the window, his heart was filled with longing for the future. How can a pixelated Annabelle draw a good picture?
To draw a pixelated version of Annabelle, the following steps could be taken: ** 1. Drawing software selection ** You can choose from Photoshop, AI, and Aseprite. What was drawn in PowerPoint was a bit map. After zooming in, there would be a pixel-style grid. It had powerful post-editing functions and could do pixel-based animation. AI was a software for drawing a bit of a picture. It was not limited by the size of the canvas, but it could not do animation effects. The "rectangular grid tool" was suitable for drawing simple pixel-based icons and characters. Aseprite focused on the creation of pixel-based paintings. The interface was simple. There was a tool for curve and diagonal adjustment to reduce jagged teeth. It could also make animations. However, it was purchased on Steam and there was no Chinese version yet. ** 2. Basic settings (Take PS as an example)** 1. ** New Canvas ** - Create a new canvas (shortcut key: Ctrl-N). The canvas's size is in the unit of pixels'. Then, he went through [Editor] → [Favorites](shortcut key: Ctrl-K) and changed the value of the image to "Nearby (retain hard edges)." 2. ** Setting up the brush and pen ** - Choose the pencil tool, set the brush size to 1 px, Opacity to 100%, turn off pressure, and smooth to 0%. This way, the lines drawn will be 1 px lines. 3. ** Paintbucket Tool ** - Use the paint bucket tool when painting a large area, uncheck the [Anti-sawtooth] option, and set the tolerance to 0. ** 3. Drawing Techniques ** 1. ** Confirm canvas size ** - The size of the canvas should be determined according to the details you want to draw. Beginners are advised to start with a small canvas such as 50x50 or smaller, and draw recognizable content with as few as possible. 2. ** Clean Lines ** - First, he would sketch, then use 1-pel lines to draw a 1-pel line sketch. He would first focus on the lines and shapes, and then clean up the excess points and jagged edges after the modeling was completed. 3. ** Control the number of colors ** - At the beginning of painting, one had to control the number of colors. First, practice color and light with large blocks of color. After filling in the intrinsic colors, find the intersection between light and dark, and then draw the dark color before drawing the bright color. 4. ** Nondestructive Magnification (if required)** - He selected the low-resolution layer, right-clicked to turn the image into a smart object, and then used [Editor] → [Free Transform](shortcut key: Ctrl-T) to enlarge the image to avoid blurring. 5. ** Shaking Technique (option)** - The shaking technique could make the color transition natural, express the texture and texture, and increase the level. At the beginning, you can start with a simple shaking level, mainly for large areas or large scenes. As for the detailed drawing of Annabel's image: - He studied the characteristics of Annabel's image. Is exercising on an empty stomach good for the body in the morning?
It's not good to exercise on an empty stomach in the morning. After a night of energy consumption, the human body will burn the energy stored in the body when exercising on an empty stomach in the morning, which has a stimulating effect on the heart and liver. For patients with diabetes, fasting exercise will increase the consumption of sugar substances in the body, which may lead to the decrease of sugar content in the human body. In serious cases, fainting will occur. When exercising on an empty stomach, the stomach and intestines can only rely on the energy contained in the body to supplement energy, which will increase the energy consumption of food by the stomach and intestines, which will also greatly stimulate the stomach. Moreover, when a person exercised on an empty stomach, the free fatty acid in the blood would increase significantly. Overconsumption of fatty acid catabolization would cause toxins that damaged the heart muscle, causing cardiac arrest and even sudden death. Although there was a view that fasting exercise could quickly lose weight or efficiently burn fat, a 2017 systematic review summarized five related studies and found that fasting exercise had no significant effect on body fat content over a period of time.
