College students 'tutoring practice experience
College students 'tutoring practice activities could bring many gains and experiences. ** 1. Enhancement of teaching ability ** 1. ** The excavation and application of knowledge reserves ** - When you start tutoring, you need to familiarize yourself with the relevant subject knowledge. For example, a student in a normal school might find that his memory of the primary school language textbook was blurred when he was tutoring. He needed to re-read the textbook to dig out the knowledge that could be passed on to the child. This prompted college students to reorganize their knowledge system, integrate what they had learned, and apply it to teaching. 2. ** Exploration of Teaching Methods ** - The key was to formulate teaching plans according to the students 'different learning situations and personalities. For students with strong learning ability and quick completion of homework, they could arrange extra-cursory exercises to improve themselves and focus on the contents of the book. For students who wrote slowly and had a weak foundation, they had to correct their homework mistakes first to improve their accuracy and then gradually improve their learning efficiency. - In the teaching process, some bad teaching methods should be avoided, such as nagging, scolding, scolding, and scolding. These methods would cause students to resist, fear, lose confidence, and even feel inferior, which was not conducive to the improvement of teaching effectiveness. ** 2. The development of interpersonal and communication skills ** 1. ** Interactions with Students ** - Establishing a good relationship with the students was the foundation of teaching success. However, there could be challenges along the way. For example, some students would not cooperate with the teaching. For example, when he was teaching mathematics to a fifth-grade boy, he would play with his phone watch and ignore it. There would also be some strange reactions. This required college students to constantly adjust their communication methods to adapt to the characteristics of different students and improve their enthusiasm for learning. 2. ** Communication with Parents ** - Tutors often needed to deal with parents. Although the reference materials did not directly mention it, it could be inferred that feedback to parents about the student's learning situation and understanding parents 'expectations were important contents of communication. Good communication between parents would help the smooth implementation of the teaching plan, and at the same time, it could also improve one's interpersonal skills. ** 3. Self-growth and the establishment of self-confidence ** 1. ** Overcome the anxiety in my heart ** - When they first started tutoring, college students tended to be nervous, especially those who had no teaching experience. However, with the development of teaching work, being able to complete simple teaching tasks, such as successfully completing the trial lecture, would gradually increase self-confidence. 2. ** A new understanding of my own abilities ** - Through tutoring practice, college students could discover their potential and shortcomings in teaching. For example, after discovering that they were unfamiliar with the teaching content, they could improve the teaching effect by changing the teaching topic and listening to the opinions and suggestions of others. This was also a kind of exercise for their adaptability and learning ability. ** 4. Deep understanding of the profession ** 1. ** Experience the challenge of being a teacher ** - The preparation process was cumbersome, especially when teaching unfamiliar courses. This made college students deeply understand how difficult it was to be a teacher. Being a teacher required a solid foundation of knowledge and good teaching ability. 2. ** Clear career development direction ** - For university students who were teachers or had the intention to work in the education industry, tutoring was an opportunity to test whether they were suitable for the teaching profession. Through practice, they could more clearly decide whether they wanted to further develop their education. Read more exciting novels for free

How big is the Mosang stone? The best effect
If one considered it from the perspective of daily wear, not easy to show off, and popularity, the effect of 50 - 1 carat moissanite was better. The 50-cent Mosan diamond had a diameter of 5 mm and looked about the size of a red bean. It was the most popular size. Even if one observed carefully, it was not easy to see the difference between it and a real diamond. It was neither too high profile nor too low profile to be difficult to notice. A 60-point Mosan diamond had a diameter of 5.5 mm, an 80-point Mosan diamond had a diameter of 8 mm, and a 1-carat Mosan diamond had a diameter of 1 mm. It looked like it was about the cross-section of an HH pencil. These sizes were also popular. However, the effect of the Mosang Stone was also related to its quality, the economic level of the wearer, and the occasion of wearing it. For example, if the quality of the Mosang Stone was not good, the larger the size, the easier it would be to expose the quality of the Mosang Stone. The feeling of wearing different sizes of Mosang Stone in different occasions would also be different. The front camera takes pictures to show age
The reason why the front camera looked old when taking photos was probably due to the following reasons: First, the focus of the camera. Generally, the front lens of the mobile phone was limited by the hardware integration and the use environment. The manufacturer would not add too much zooming function. The image of the person under different focal lengths might be different, and the facial features might be highlighted, resulting in a difference from the real state. The second was the optical characteristics of the lens. From an optical point of view, light would be refracted when it passed through the medium. Spherical-shaped lenses were prone to aberrations. For example, spherical aberrations would cause the image quality to decline, causing the appearance to deviate from the real situation. Third, the exposure parameters in the camera settings may affect the imaging effect. If the exposure parameters are not suitable, it may make the photo look old. However, you can adjust the exposure parameters in the camera settings to improve it, such as in the settings-camera-retain settings-exposure adjustment (open this option), and then adjust the appropriate value in the upper left corner of the camera interface according to your own situation. In the case of poor lighting conditions, the adjustment may also produce better results. Read more exciting novels for free
