"One person is a team" meant that one person could assume the functions and responsibilities of multiple roles in the team. From the perspective of ability, in today's society, individuals could develop cross-disciplinary abilities, such as learning programming, data analysis, design thinking, and many other skills and knowledge. Like a multi-skilled team member, they could have the ability to cope with different tasks and projects. An individual could also use automated tools (such as AIGC) to automatically complete some repetitive tasks, just like a team member who was responsible for the process work. This helped save time and energy, so that they could efficiently allocate energy among multiple tasks like a team and focus on more valuable work. From the perspective of responsibility, just like how every member of the team was responsible for the success of the team, if a person regarded himself as a team, he had to be responsible for every decision and every task. For example, when Oda Masako was cleaning toilets, she realized the importance of responsibility. She treated herself as a team and was highly responsible for the quality of her work. This attitude allowed her to be recognized and reach the peak of her career. If a person held himself to the standards of a team in his work or life, and took on responsibilities in many aspects, such as planning, execution, and supervision, then he could realize that "one person is a team." In terms of resource integration, if a person wanted to operate like a team, they needed to share resources like team members. They needed to integrate and coordinate different knowledge, skills, connections, and other resources. For example, they could establish a partnership with other professionals in the industry, share information and resources, and solve problems together. This was similar to the collaboration between members of the team. At the same time, they could use online communities and forums to find like-minded people to share their experiences and learn from each other, just like how the team obtained resources and support from the outside. Finally, a person had to have leadership like a team leader. Although he did not need to lead others like a traditional team, he needed to have leadership when coordinating his own work, so that he could move forward like an organized, planned, and directed team. And in this process, they had to keep learning and updating. Just like how a team had to constantly adapt to changes in the market and environment, individuals had to constantly learn new skills and knowledge to adapt to the changing environment. The story of one person and a group of people is equally exciting. Everyone is welcome to click and read it!

The graduation certificate was equivalent to the original graduation certificate. The process was roughly as follows: Submit an application to the correspondence school; Decide whether to declare the graduation certificate invalid in the newspaper at the prefecture-level or above according to local policies; download the "application form for the graduation certificate of general higher education" from the school's official website and fill in the relevant contents; provide two 2-inch blue-colored photos and two copies of ID card, and send the above materials to the relevant departments of the school for review and approval before submitting them to the provincial education department where they are located for replacement; If you entrust someone else to do it for you, you need to hand over the materials to the entrusted person and issue a power of attorney. After being verified by the provincial education department, you will be issued a graduation certificate, which will be handled by the school and stamped with a seal.
