I'm wearing glasses and my head is a little swollen
There are several possible reasons for the pain in the head of a person wearing glasses: 1. Glasses: - If it was a new pair of glasses, it might be because the prescription was not suitable. For example, if the results of the optometrification were inaccurate, or if the glasses were chosen incorrectly, there would be dizziness, headache, swelling pain, blurred vision, and other uncomfortable symptoms after wearing them. - Distortion of the spectacles could also be caused. For example, frequent removal and wearing of glasses (such as frequent removal and wearing of glasses when removing masks during the epidemic) may loosen the screw of the frame and distort the frame, resulting in two glasses legs not on the same level, inaccurate optical center of the lenses of both eyes, resulting in triangular prism effect, resulting in eye discomfort, swelling pain, headache, eye socket pain and other conditions, which may have a greater impact on vision. 2. Eye Habits: - Overuse of the eyes, such as long-term close use of the eyes (writing, watching the computer, watching mobile phones or videos), if watching videos, computer time generally exceeds 45 minutes without rest, may appear symptoms of visual fatigue, manifested as eye swelling, headache, etc. 3. Health factors: - If it was the first time wearing glasses, it might be caused by discomfort. Generally, it could gradually improve after adapting and did not require special treatment. - If you have eye diseases, such as supraorbital nerve pain, epilepsy, etc., you can also have headaches and eye swelling, which has nothing to do with wearing glasses. In addition, if you are short-sighted and change glasses frequently, the degree of short-sightedness will increase every year, or if you have a history of diabetes at home, or if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, blood disease, and other diseases, you should be more vigilant about the possibility of eye diseases such as diabetes. If the symptoms of pain are obvious and continue to be unrelieved, it is recommended to see a doctor in time, evaluate the condition, and follow the doctor's advice for standard treatment. He could also apply hot compress on his eyes to relieve the pain and close his eyes to rest. Read more exciting novels for free
