The smart principle sets the goal of graduating from college
The following is an example of applying the SMART principle to setting a college graduation goal: ** 1. Specifically ** The goal of graduating from university could be clearly stated as: "When you graduate from university, get the top 5% of your major's comprehensive results, and get the relevant industry certificates X, Y, and Z." He didn't want to vaguely say that he wanted to get good grades in university. ** 2. Measuring ** 1. As for the ranking, the school's educational administration system would give the results of each semester. By comparing the changes in the rankings each semester, one could clearly know whether they were progressing towards their goals. 2. As for the industry certification, it was very clear and measurable that one had achieved the goal if they had passed the examination, and that one had not achieved the goal if they had not. ** 3. Atachable ** 1. If one's current grades were in the middle of the class, it was possible to reach the top 5% of the major by graduation through reasonable arrangement of study time and participation in extra-cursory tutoring. 2. The certificate was based on professional requirements and one's own ability. If one could obtain it through hard work within the scope of their ability, it would be an achievable goal. For example, for computer science students, if they had strong programming skills, they would plan to get a senior programmer certificate. ** 4. Relational ** 1. The ranking of the major was directly related to the mastery and competitiveness of the knowledge in the field of the major. It was closely related to the future employment or further studies in the field of the major. 2. Obtaining an industry certificate related to the major would help you successfully enter the relevant industry after graduation and increase your employment competitiveness. ** 5. Time-bounded ** This goal was clearly set to be completed by the time they graduated from university. University was generally a four-year program (some majors were five-year programs). The entire university period was to achieve this goal. Every semester's plan had to be formulated around this final goal. For example, the freshmen and second-year students would focus on improving their basic knowledge, and the third-year and fourth-year students would prepare for the examination and sprint for the rankings. What should I do if there is a lump in my milk that can't disappear? What medicine do I take to recover quickly?
If there is a hard lump in the breast during breast-feeding, it is not recommended to take the medicine before determining the nature of the hard lump. First of all, you can try some non-medicinal methods to eliminate the hard lump. For example, first use a warm towel to heat the breast for about 5 minutes, and gently massage the hard lump. Then knead the papilla, pull the papilla outward, and repeat the operation according to the situation. Then use the breast pump to suck out the milk. At the same time, massage the hard lump again, and push the hard lump in the direction of the papilla, gradually eliminating the accumulated milk in the hard lump. You can also use cactus for external application, which has anti-inflammatory and swelling effects. You can also let the baby suck more breast milk. If the baby's lump does not ease after sucking, you can use the breast pump to suck out excess milk. If the hard lump does not ease and has a tendency to increase, or has symptoms such as fever and pain at the same time, you should go to the hospital in time. If it is diagnosed with inflammation and other diseases, the doctor may prescribe medicine according to the specific situation. For example, for ewe mastiff, you can use Cephalum + Houttuin to fight the virus, reduce inflammation and kill bacteria. You can also use Shuangding injection to treat acute and chronic mastiff, suppurative mastiff, latent mastiff, etc.; For ewe, we can add strong milk Taibao in the diet to promote milk, and add mother Antaibao + multi-dimensional Taibao in the feed for a long time. Mother Antaibao can regulate the reproductive system, and multi-dimensional Taibao can supplement nutrition and improve immunity. However, these drugs were targeted at the condition of the ewe. For humans, they had to follow the doctor's advice and could not use them on their own. If the lumps in the non-breastfed breast could not be removed, they should first seek medical attention to determine the nature of the lumps, rather than taking medicine on their own. Read more exciting novels for free
