The White King was a dragon in the book " Dragon Clan " written by the author Jiang Nan. It was created by the Dark King and was the strongest existence other than the Dark King. In Japanese mythology, his name was " Izanami ", also known as the White Emperor and White Priest. He was a zero-generation descendant of the Black King, a trial version of the Black King. He was also one of the two emperors who could truly rule the world. He once " dyed the red and silver throne with the blood of the commoners ". The White King was the master of the " spiritual element " and could replicate the four monarchs. His direct descendants also had the ability to control the spiritual element. Even if the dragon bloodline suppressed the human bloodline, their powerful spirit could not be swallowed by the primitive impulse. In Dragon Clan III: The Black Moon Tide, the blood of Rii Sugieri merged with the White King's Sacred Skeleton to become the new White King, but was eventually killed by the Gattuso family with the " space-based kinetic weapon-Divine Retribution."
