The following are some tutorial guides for retro portrait photography: 1. ** Single light distribution ** - You can use an FS -300b to shoot at the character through the soft light screen, and place two light absorbing plates on both sides of the character. The light absorbing plate could absorb light, enhance the shadows on both sides of the face, and create a three-dimensional effect on the face. 2. ** Using a filter to light up ** - He placed a red filter in the light so that the color of the light would be red. Then, he pointed the light with the filter at the position of the [cellophane] and took a photo. 3. ** Top light source ** - The main light source could be a soft box that was about 1 meter above the subject. The position could be adjusted to 45° to the right of the subject so that the subject was at the edge of the soft box. This way, only the subject's face would receive light, and the details of the hair would be limited to the front. A reflective board was placed at 45° to the left of the subject. The distance between the two was about 1 meter, which could reduce the contrast between light and dark and ensure that the details of the dark part could be reflected. Under this lighting, the prominent parts such as the forehead, cheekbones, and nose bridge of the character were very bright, while the back light under the brow bone, eye sockets, under the nose, and chin would form a thick shadow. The character's face was clearly layered and had a strong three-dimensional outline. 4. ** Multiple lighting combinations ** - The main light used bare light (diffuse reflection)+ auxiliary light (soft light box + grill). - The main light used a radar cover + auxiliary light (bar soft light box). This method of pinching the light up and down was more common and easy to master. - The main light used a deep lampshade + auxiliary light (strip-shaped soft light box), and the side used a black reflective light absorbing plate to block the excess environmental diffuse reflection light. Read more exciting novels for free
