According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, after a candidate was officially admitted, the university and the candidate could not withdraw from the file for any reason. Therefore, after the college entrance examination, they could not change schools or withdraw from the file to fill in again. Although the school could not be changed after the college entrance examination, there was a chance to transfer during the university period. University transfers were generally between people of the same level, or from a higher level to a lower level, such as undergraduate transfer to a specialist, 985/211 transfer to a non-ordinary university, public transfer to a private university, and so on. This meant that the results of the college entrance examination had to be higher than the admission results of the year when they transferred to the school and major. In addition, candidates admitted for targeted employment could not transfer schools. For example, targeted medical students admitted in advance for undergraduate courses could not transfer schools. Otherwise, there would be a shortage of targeted positions. This kind of behavior of running away halfway was also a breach of contract. According to the Ministry of Education's Regulations on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities: 1. Students should generally complete their studies at the school they are admitted to. Those who are unable to continue their studies in the school or are not suitable for the school's learning requirements due to illness, special difficulties, or special needs can apply for transfer. 2. In any of the following circumstances, transfer is not allowed: - Those who have enrolled for less than one semester or one year before graduation; - The college entrance examination results are lower than the admission results of the corresponding year of the same student source in the relevant major of the school; - From a low education level to a high education level; - Admissions for targeted employment; - The admission control standards of graduate students who intend to transfer to schools and majors are higher than their schools and majors; - Transfer without a valid reason. If a student needs to transfer schools due to changes in the school's training conditions and other reasons that are not his own, the school shall issue a certificate, and the local provincial education administrative department shall coordinate the transfer to a school of the same level. The transfer application was made by the student himself, stating the reason, and with the consent of the school and the school to be transferred. The school to be transferred was responsible for reviewing the transfer conditions and relevant certificates. If it was deemed to meet the school's training requirements and the school had the ability to train, it could be transferred after the school principal's office meeting or special meeting decided. The transfer of graduate students should also be approved by the professional tutor. Trans-provincial transfer, by the transfer of the provincial education administrative department to discuss the transfer of the provincial education administrative department, according to the transfer conditions to confirm the transfer procedures. For those who need to transfer their household registration, the provincial education administrative department of the transfer place will send a copy of the relevant documents to the public security organ where the school is located. Read more exciting novels for free

The following is an example of a person who wants to adopt a kitten: I long to adopt a kitten and provide it with a loving home. I knew that this was a huge responsibility, and I was well prepared. I have a stable living environment that can ensure that the kittens have enough space to move and rest. Financially, I have a stable source of income that can cover the kittens 'daily diet, regular deworming, vaccine inoculations, sterilization, and other necessary expenses. I will give the kittens meticulous care and patience. I know that kittens may bark uneasily because of loneliness and fear when they first arrive in a new environment, but I am willing to spend time with them, comfort them, and help them adapt to their new life as soon as possible. I promise not to keep the kitten in captivity, but to let it grow up in a safe and free space. I'm also willing to accept regular video visits so that the adoptive parents can rest assured. My love for kittens is sincere and long-lasting. I look forward to welcoming a kitten into my life, accompanying it, and sharing a warm time with it.

As for whether he could still study after the first semester of junior college, it depended on the situation. In theory, as long as they did not register for the selection of the year's promotion to this year's university, and met the relevant enrollment targets and registration conditions, such as fresh graduates of ordinary higher vocations (specialties) studying in Guangxi, junior students who enlisted in Guangxi and retired to resume school after being admitted to higher vocations in and outside the region, college students who enlisted in Guangxi in the year of graduation from higher vocations in and outside the region and retired within a year, etc., they did not violate the relevant policies of the school. They could come back to participate in the comprehensive examination again, but there was only one chance for them to enter the university. Moreover, their competitors might have an advantage after they returned from school leave, and the specifics would depend on the school's relevant policies. If it is an adult college, you can re-study after taking a break from school. When you resume school, your parents will submit a diagnosis certificate above the city level and a written application form from your parents to the school. After the principal agrees, the student registration management personnel will report to the higher authorities for specific handling before you can resume school. After you resume school, you will be enrolled in the next grade. In general, whether or not one could take a leave of absence in the first semester of junior college depended on the type of junior college (general admission or adult admission) and the specific policies of the school. Read more exciting novels for free
