As a tool, the camera itself did not have the same rights as humans. However, related photographers had copyright-related rights. For example, when a photo was taken as a photographic work, it had to satisfy the two elements of creativity and replication ("Unique" meant that it originated from the author and was completed independently, not plagiarized by others;"Creation" meant that the work should reflect the author's choice, choice, and arrangement of the material, which was the result of the author's intellectual labor. "Replicability" meant that the photographer had the copyright when the author expressed his thoughts through certain forms of expression such as words, language, symbols, sounds, movements, colors, etc., so that others could feel his existence, and the work had a tangible form that could be replicated to achieve the reproduction and transmission of the work. In terms of copyright transactions, there were copyright management platforms such as Visual China that traded picture copyrights. However, there had been cases where Visual China treated photos as its own material for copyright transactions without the permission of the uploader, which violated the rights and interests of the original author. In addition, GoPro had a copyright + trademark protection case in 2024 (case number: 2024 -LV- 20037), which reflected the camera-related brands 'protection of their own brands and copyrights. When the camera was in use, the photographer could set the copyright information in the camera by opening the camera settings, entering the copyright information option, and entering the author's name and copyright details. However, if the photographer was just shooting for fun or recording his daily life and did not intend to sell or publish the photos, the copyright information would not have any substantial effect. If the photographer was a professional photographer or the photos might be published and sold in the future, it was recommended to fill in the copyright information. At the same time, the computer could delete the copyright information in the photo attributes, and the information in the photo could also be erased in Photoshop, so the photographer had to save the original file in order to protect his rights. <a href="/?from=ask_words" style="color:red" target="_blank">Read more exciting novels for free</a>

Animal photographers had many considerations when shooting cat videos. For example, the famous pet photographer, Kacha, used Canon's EOS R5 to shoot cat videos. In terms of lens selection, if he was shooting stray cats outdoors, he often used the RF70 - 200mm F2.8L IS USM long zoom lens for timid cats. It could capture postures from a long distance. The closest shooting distance was 0.95m. It could also be used to take portrait photos of cats that met their loved ones. It was also small and easy to carry after storage. If he was hiking or hiking with pets, he would choose the RF24 - 70mm F2.8L IS USM when he was close to the pet. In terms of camera performance, the EOS R5 had many features that were suitable for shooting cat videos. Its animal eye detection function was sensitive, and it only needed to press the shutter halfway to focus efficiently. Its level 8 anti-shake performance was very helpful for shooting cat videos with a telephoto lens, and it could get a stable image. There was also a flip screen that made it easy to take photos of small pets from a low angle. Moreover, the size and quality of the EOS R5 were balanced. The moderate weight and size could meet the maneuverability and produce high-quality works at the same time. In addition, its video shooting ability was excellent, prompting photographers like Kecha to transform from a graphic blogger to a graphic + video blogger. Unlike shooting domestic cats, when shooting stray cats, because they were more sensitive and vigilant, they needed to observe their body language to judge their personality to choose the lens. Moreover, the outdoor lighting and environment were complicated, so there were certain requirements for the camera's focusing speed, high sensitivity, anti-shake performance, etc. <a href="/?from=ask_words" style="color:red" target="_blank">Read more exciting novels for free</a>
