In the China Primary School Basketball League, it was planned to set up three groups: the U10 mixed group and the U12 male and female groups. The U10 mixed team used the half-court 3-on-3 mode, using standard basketball, but the court was half-court. The U12 men's and women's teams used the full-court 5-on-5 mode, also using standard basketball for the full-court game. In the daily basketball lessons or interest classes in primary schools, the main focus was on some basic basketball skill training, such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and other exercises. The standard basketball was also used. The purpose was to cultivate the students 'interest in basketball, improve their physical fitness, and develop exercise habits. At the same time, basketball rhythmic exercises and other activities were also forms of basketball-related activities for primary school students. Among some cross-dressing bloggers, the contrast in their voices was a feature of their performances. For example, some bloggers might use techniques such as falsetto in female clothing to show a female voice that was quite different from the male voice. For example, when the real voice of the host was exposed, it would surprise the audience. This contrast in voice and the visual contrast of cross-dressing could enhance the reverse charm of the blogger in the hearts of the audience and help attract the attention of fans on the Internet. However, some bloggers might also be banned for reasons such as the vulgar performance of cross-dressing. Read more exciting novels for free

Running could strengthen one's heart. During the process of running, especially when running alone, this sense of "loneliness" was a process that trained the runner's inner strength. Runners could talk to their hearts while running, reflect on their lives and work, and find solutions to their problems. From the experience of some runners, they used running to reinvigorate themselves. For example, some middle-aged men chose to run to learn to be strong, calm, think, and release themselves after experiencing life changes (career stagnation, marriage disintegration, etc.), so as to gradually regain their confidence. Moreover, when running, people could not be affected by others and focus on their own inner self, which helped to form a strong heart. In addition, when faced with the challenges of running (such as climbing hills, etc.), the process of a runner overcoming difficulties without being stopped by pain or panting was also a manifestation of a gradually stronger heart. Runners could also accept stress through this sport and no longer avoid the gap between reality and ideals. This showed that running helped to strengthen the heart. Here are ten poems that are better at writing about winter snow: 1. Xu Xuan of the Southern Tang Dynasty wrote: "The sun is setting in the west of the West Mansion, and I try to boil tea in a new furnace alone." The chrysanthemums on the fence are all low and covered with water, and the red birds are far away and connected with the rosy clouds. Lonely snow in leisure, mottled light frost on the temples. I'm counting the fleeting years, but I have no choice. Don't write poems to wish the verdant flowers." 2. "Ask Liu 19" Tang Dynasty Bai Juyi: "Green ants new fermented wine, red mud small stove. It's snowing late. Can I have a drink?" 3. "Don't Dong Da" Tang·Gao Shi: "Thousands of miles of yellow clouds in broad daylight, the north wind blowing wild geese and snow. Don't worry about not having a confidant in the future. Who in the world doesn't know you?" 4. "Moored at Jingxi at Night" Tang·Chen Yu: "The light snow has cleared, the reed leaves are dark, the long wave suddenly urgent crane hoarseness. I spent the night in a lonely boat on the flowing water, watching the moon-setting stream on the mountaintop." 5. "Spring near four quatrains" Song Huang Tingjian: "Little snow, clear sand does not make mud, sparse curtain red sun makes morning light. The years are already late with plum blossoms, and spring comes back from the grass." 6. In the winter evening, I recall Hu Jushi's house in the snow. Tang Wang Wei said: "The cold is passing on the morning arrow, and the clear mirror sees the aging face." The wind outside the window startled the bamboo, and the snow covered the mountains when the door was opened. The deep alleys are empty and quiet, and the courtyard is empty. May I ask if Yuan Anshe is still in seclusion?" 7. "Snow" Song·You Wei: "Sleep does not know snow, but startle the window bright." Flying flowers are one foot thick, and the moon shines three times. The vegetation is shallow and deep, and the hills are flat. Don't complain to the hungry. The first thing you should think of is the border troops." 8. "In the Garden, Snow Should Be Made." Tang Song asked: "The immortal carriage of the Forbidden City came in the morning, and the green flag leaned against the platform of spring. I don't know that the graupel in the courtyard has fallen today. I suspect that the forest flowers bloomed last night." 9. In "Facing Snow" Tang·Gao Pian: "When six flowers fly into the house, I sit and watch the green bamboo turn into Qiongzhi." Now it's good to climb high and look out, covering all the evil roads in the world." 10. "Looking at the remaining snow in Zhongnan/Looking at the residual snow in Zhongnan" Tang·Zu Yong: "The Yin Ridge in Zhongnan is beautiful, and the snow is covered with clouds. The forest is dark, and the city is cold." The original novel of the TV series "Record of Morning Snow" was Bu Yue Qian's "The Coroner of Power and Favor, Medical Concubine".
