Can you share some starving to lose weight success stories?
There was a man who decided to starve himself to lose weight. He cut out all junk food and ate very little each day. In the first month, he lost about 10 pounds. However, he soon realized that he was lacking energy and his body was not functioning well. He then adjusted his diet to include more healthy fats and proteins while still maintaining a calorie deficit. Eventually, he reached his weight loss goal but learned that starving is not a sustainable long - term approach.
One success story is of a girl who was overweight. She started by drastically reducing her calorie intake, almost starving herself in the initial days. She ate only small portions of fruits and vegetables. After a few weeks, she noticed significant weight loss. But this is a very extreme method and not recommended without proper medical supervision.
A woman was desperate to lose weight for an upcoming event. She began a starvation - like diet where she only had one small meal a day. She did lose weight quickly at first. But she faced problems like hair loss and weakened immune system. After consulting a dietitian, she adopted a more balanced diet plan with regular exercise. This shows that while starving might seem to work initially for weight loss, it has serious consequences and a balanced approach is better in the long run.

The beginning is the second generation of officials
The setting of " the second generation of officials at the beginning " was quite common in online novels. In some historical web novels, such as stories set in ancient dynasties, if the protagonist started as the second generation of an official, he would often have a certain resource advantage, such as wealth and connections brought by a good family background. These resources could provide convenience for the protagonist's development in ancient society, such as promotion in officialdom, participation in business activities, or social activities. This identity setting may also be accompanied by some restrictions and challenges, such as the open and secret struggles in the officialdom, the pressure brought by family expectations, and so on. In modern web novels, the identity of the second generation of an official would have a similar impact. They might be treated differently because of their family's political status, and they might face the attention of public opinion and the protection of their family's reputation. The Legend of Lin Yi is equally exciting, and everyone is welcome to read it!
