Taoism believed that the most feared spells and charms of ghosts were often used to restrict ghosts by the principle of Yin and Yang. For example, if one wrote the word " Po " on the talisman, because the " Po " belonged to Yang and evil ghosts belonged to Yin, Yang could restrain Yin and could restrain ghosts. The same was true for the word " Xiao ", which represented vigorous Yang energy and could restrain ghosts. There were also some variations on the talisman. Other than that, some talismans used the character " Yi " to restrain ghosts, while some talismans used the heart seal that was given to them in the seal disc to match with the heart seal of the divine general they summoned. In addition, they used key elements such as the formation of evil spirits to restrain ghosts. However, these were mostly based on Taoist theories. There was no scientific evidence in modern times to prove that it had practical effects on ghosts. The Demon Expelling Order novel is equally exciting. Everyone is welcome to click and read it!
