Ash Mira in Rainbow Six Fanfic: A Character Analysis

" Thoughts on the Problems of Social Reality " Today's society seemed to be prosperous and developing, but in fact, there were many problems that needed to be solved. These problems were like the haze that shrouded the sky, affecting the harmony and progress of society. The gap between the rich and the poor in society was constantly widening. This was an extremely prominent and realistic problem. Some people had accumulated wealth rapidly in the tide of economic development and lived a luxurious and rich life, while others struggled on the edge of the poverty line and could not meet their basic needs. This phenomenon of the rich and the poor had brought about a series of negative effects. It not only led to an extreme imbalance in the distribution of social resources, but also caused psychological differences and dissatisfaction among the poor. The contradiction and estrangement between the rich and the poor gradually deepened, seriously affecting social stability and unity. The employment problem was also like a huge rock on the road of social development. With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous transformation of the industrial structure, traditional industries were facing an unprecedented impact, and a large number of jobs were disappearing. Although emerging industries were emerging, the employment opportunities they could provide were relatively limited. Many job applicants were competing fiercely for limited positions, and many people were facing the predicament of losing their jobs. This kind of employment pressure was not only a matter of personal livelihood, but also caused instability in the family and even affected the consumption power and economic vitality of the entire society. The social pressure brought about by excessive competition could not be ignored. In modern society, competition was almost everywhere. From academic competition to workplace competition, people were in a never-ending arena. This kind of excessive competition caused people to face enormous work pressure and life pressure. Many people fell into psychological distress, and mental health problems such as anxiety and depression increased day by day. People were exhausted in the pursuit of success and material benefits, losing the joy of life and inner peace. In addition, the change in social values had also aggravated social problems to a certain extent. Nowadays, with the gradual rise of utilitalism, the relationship between people had become estranged. People were more concerned about their own interests and lacked concern for others and a sense of responsibility for the social community. Under the influence of such values, social cohesion gradually weakened, and it was difficult to form a good social custom of helping each other. To solve these social problems, the government, society, and individuals needed to work together. The government should constantly improve the economic system, adjust the gap between the rich and the poor through reasonable policies, and strengthen support for the vulnerable groups. At the same time, we will actively promote the reform of the education system and focus on cultivating students 'innovative and practical abilities to improve their competitiveness in the job market. Society should create a positive and healthy atmosphere of public opinion, advocate correct values, and encourage people to care for each other and develop together. As for individuals, they should establish correct values. While pursuing personal interests, they should not forget their social responsibilities and face competition and pressure with a positive and optimistic attitude. Only when we face these social problems and work together to solve them can society develop in a more fair, harmonious, and healthy direction, and people can truly enjoy a happy and beautiful life. Read more exciting novels for free

There were many options for the focal length of the auto show lens. The following were some common ones: 1. ** Telefocal length- 70 - 200**: - The imaging quality was extremely high. At the auto show, when some of the stops did not allow the audience to go on stage, the advantage of the telephoto lens was revealed. This focal length covered a long area, allowing him to attack and defend. He would not miss the opportunity to shoot because of the lack of focal length. He looked professional on the outside, and the models would usually take the initiative to pose when they saw him. 2. ** Fixed focus lens-85mm **: known as the "portrait weapon", with f1.4 and f1.8 focal lengths to choose from. If the budget was sufficient, one could choose an F1.4 model. If the budget was less, one could choose an F1.8 model, which was enough for shooting models. 3. ** Fixed focal lens-50mm **: This focal length fixed-focal lens has a long history. In the last century, it was mass-produced because of its simple design, easy manufacturing, and guaranteed image quality. There were large aperture versions such as f1.4 and f1.8, which were convenient to use when the light was not good. It could provide a range of vision equivalent to that of the human eye. The characters on the screen were stable and square without obvious distortion, but the images might lack impact. 4. ** Fixed focus lens-35mm **: This is also an option for auto show shooting. 5. **14 - 24mm **: For example, Nikon's 14 - 24mm F2.8 lens. The 14mm lens could be used to shoot multiple models and the overall stage effect. For example, the overall effect of shooting the stage + model + car at the auto show was very good. However, the distortion of the 14mm lens was obvious. When shooting a single model, it was necessary to pay attention to placing the upper body (head) of the model in the middle of the picture (the smallest distortion), and the legs were placed at the edge. The overall stretching effect was better, and it was best to cooperate with the beautiful booth to shoot a single model. Read more exciting novels for free

The management positions of public institutions were divided into 10 levels. However, only a few people could be promoted to level 6 management post. According to the "Public Institution Management Position Staff Level Promotion System", level 5 and level 6 employees did not exceed 12% of the number of management positions. Level 6 management posts belonged to leadership positions, and there were fewer positions, so it was more difficult to get promotion opportunities. The circumstances that met the promotion to the six-level management post included the seven-level management post for three years (the six-level management post corresponded to the deputy department level of the civil servant, and the seven-level management post corresponded to the section level.
