Success and failure of communication between kindergarten teachers and parents
Communication between kindergarten teachers and parents was a very important part of the work of kindergarten teachers. Successful communication could allow parents to better understand the child's situation and needs, so as to better support and cooperate with the work of kindergarten teachers. Failure to communicate could lead to misunderstandings and unnecessary problems, which would have a negative impact on the child's growth and development. The following are some examples of the success and failure of communication between kindergarten teachers and parents: Case Study: 1. Active communication: A kindergarten teacher will report to the parents in a timely manner after understanding the child's situation and share some educational suggestions and skills with the parents. This positive communication can promote the trust and cooperation between the parents and the kindergarten teacher and help the child grow better. Listening and understanding: The kindergarten teacher needs to listen carefully to the opinions and needs of the parents and understand their position and feelings. This can better communicate with the parents and establish a good relationship. 3. Clear expression: The kindergarten teacher needs to clearly express his views and suggestions to the parents and explain some important information in concise and clear language to avoid misunderstanding. Failure Case: Ignoring the child's needs: A kindergarten teacher may pay too much attention to the child's surface behavior and ignore the child's inner needs and emotions. This may cause parents to doubt and distrust the work of the kindergarten teacher. 2. lack of communication skills: kindergarten teachers may lack communication skills, unable to effectively communicate with parents or use inappropriate language or methods, which may cause dissatisfaction and resentment from parents. 3. Not establishing a good relationship: The kindergarten teacher may not establish a good relationship with the parents, causing the parents to be dissatisfied and distrustful of the kindergarten teacher's work. This will affect the kindergarten teacher's reputation and career development. Successful communication between kindergarten teachers and parents should pay attention to the following aspects: listen carefully and understand the opinions and needs of parents; clearly express their views and suggestions; establish a good relationship to promote trust and cooperation between parents and kindergarten teachers.

Chasing the moonlight
Chasing after the moonlight had different meanings in different situations. From a literary point of view, it might symbolize the pursuit of dreams and beautiful things. For example, in Chasing the Moonlight, the author ran on the Lian-Huo highway, chasing 35288 kilometers in 369 days. Chasing the moonlight could also be understood as a poetic expression in the pursuit of dreams. The moonlight might represent the distant dream and the hope in the heart. On this journey, the author had gone to many places. There were beautiful mountains and rivers, as well as places with profound cultural heritage. These experiences were the gains from the pursuit. From an emotional point of view,"While chasing the moon, I was also illuminated by the moonlight" reflected the self-growth and enlightenment in the process of chasing. The radiance of the moon symbolized the positive influence one had in the pursuit of a goal or someone. In addition, in the game Chaser of the Light 2, players needed to press the stars or the moon to advance to complete the level. Although the moon element here was not directly "chasing the moonlight," it also reflected the special meaning of moonlight in the game setting. It was an important element to promote the game process and could be compared to the key factor in the process of people chasing their dreams.
What's the matter with the child's finger belly repeatedly bursting?
The repeated rupturing of a child's finger pad could be caused by many reasons. First, the skin lacks water. If the skin of the hand lacks water for a long time, the sebaceous glands or the cerebral tissues will be damaged, which will cause the finger pad and other parts to dry and peel. In this case, the child should drink more water, wash his hands and take care of it in time to avoid excessive use of his hands. The second is the lack of vitamins, such as the body's lack of vitamins C, B, etc., will make the skin dry, crack, resulting in the decline of skin barrier function. Pay attention to the child's diet balance, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and supplement vitamins according to the doctor's advice when necessary. Third, it is possible to be infected by skin fungi, causing excessive damage to the corneum, causing the skin of the finger pad to be dry and cracked, often accompanied by small blisters and desquamation symptoms. According to the doctor's advice, it is possible to take itraconazole, fluconazole, etc. as anti-fungi drugs, and at the same time, apply Micon Acid Cream and Terbinafine Acid Cream for local treatment. Fourth, there may be a lack of calcium, which is very important to maintain the health of the body and bones. The lack of calcium may be manifested as nail cracking, etc. Children should pay attention to a balanced diet, eat more foods with high calcium content, such as milk, eggs, shrimp skin, etc., eat more fruits to supplement vitamins, or take three-dimensional calcium tablets, calcium, iron, zinc-Se chewable tablets and other trace elements under the guidance of a doctor. In addition, genetic factors, picky eaters, resulting in nutritional imbalance, etc. may also be influencing factors. If the child's finger belly repeatedly ruptures seriously, it is recommended to go to the hospital's Dermatology Department for consultation in time to clarify the cause and regulate treatment. Read more exciting novels for free
